Conrad Hilton has been sentenced.

Paris Hilton's younger brother and an heir to the famous family's hotel fortune got three years of probation, 750 hours of community service and a $5,000 fine for causing a scene aboard an international flight last summer.

The 21-year-old pleaded guilty in March to a misdemeanor count of simple assault stemming from the meltdown aboard a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles last July, where he allegedly yelled such things as "If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f--king fight you" and "I am going to f--king kill you" at flight attendants.

Witnesses also said that he seemed to be smoking marijuana in one of the plane's bathrooms as well. Once he fell asleep, the complaint states, "the captain authorized crew members to restrain him to his seat for the descent and he was ultimately handcuffed to his seat."

The court document added that drink service was delayed almost an hour due to Conrad's outburst.

Hilton's attorney, Robert Shapiro, who appeared alongside his client in court for sentencing, attributed his Conrad's disruptive behavior to a bad reaction to a sleeping pill.

While some may assume the young socialite got the hook-up on the outcome because of his status, we're told this is a standard sentence in these types of cases.
