Hilary Duff is a lot of things, but she is first and foremost a mom.
While promoting her newly released album Breathe In. Breathe Out. in New York City Tuesday, the 27-year-old "Sparks" singer shared a few of Luca Comrie's latest milestones with E! News. "He is amazing. It's seriously such a fun age. He turned 3 in March. Just everyday I'm so entertained by the way that his brain is working and the questions he comes up with and who he's becoming," Hilary said of her son with ex Mike Comrie. "I'm so lucky to have him and to have this experience."
Hilary added, "He's a really special kid."
Indeed he is! According to the star of TV Land's hit series Younger, "He potty trained really easily. I was so lucky. I didn't push it. I just waited until he started to show an interest in it and kind of told him that his older cooler cousins are all potty trained. And it worked! He's been a really easy kid so far. He can have his moments, for sure, but I want him to have a strong personality. It'll serve him right some day."
Luca's personality is growing stronger by the day, though it's unlikely he'll follow in either of his parent's footsteps. "He's not super into music. He really likes some of his songs. He has a playlist on my phone. But he's really into cars. He loves cars and planes and he wants to play all day, every day. So I don't think he's going to be into hockey or singing," Hilary confessed. "I think he's going to find his own little jam."
