Jennifer Lawrence had the time of her life last night.

The 24-year-old actress enjoyed a meal with a handful of girlfriends at Nobu in New York City. Dressed casually in a white tent dress and black wedges, Lawrence exited the trendy sushi restaurant without a to-go box. Lawrence did, however, put chopsticks in her mouth and make funny faces for the paparazzi.

Also in tow: A super sexy security detail.

The actress is often flanked by a strapping male bodyguard, and Wednesday's outing was no exception. The identity of Lawrence's new protection officer is unknown, but it's unlikely it will say a secret for long.

As a source recently told Us Weekly, "Jennifer likes the hot ones!"

Lawrence has never taken herself too seriously, as last night's impromptu photo shoot proved. That said, being a movie star is weird. "The main thing is the way people look at you and talk to you, because you don't feel any different," she told Barbara Walters in 2013. "A light never went off, like, 'OK, I'm a new me.' So it's hard when people treat you differently. I mean, you don't feel any differently."

According to the actress, "It's alienating."

Though celebrities often receive special treatment, the Oscar winner admitted, "You feel like a zoo animal or something. I don't know what it is. It's something in somebody's eyes. It's like not connecting, not making eye contact sometimes. And now I'm surrounded by people all the time, and I can be so lonely when everyone goes. But I have to remind myself: 'It's just being alone. It's not lonely.'"

Unfortunately for Lawrence, she's only gotten more famous since then.

With the fourth and final installment in the Hunger Games film franchise, Mockingjay – Part 2, slated for release in November, and X-Men: Apocalypse due out in May 2016, Lawrence's face is going to be everywhere for the forseeable future. There are perks to being so famous, of course. For her next movie, Passengers, the actress will reportedly earn more than her co-star Chris Pratt—a rarity for women in Hollywood. Lawrence will take home a $20 million paycheck, with her 35-year-old co-star's fee jumped from $10 million to $12 million after the recent success of Jurassic World.
