If there's one thing Kaitlyn Bristowe's sure of, it's that Shawn Booth is her soulmate.

The newly engaged Bachelorette took to her personal blog to pen a heartfelt post about her fiancé, who was revealed as the winner of the reality show on Monday night

"As if we all haven't done this enough already, but let's take a moment to gush over Shawn Booth," Bristowe began in her blog post appropriately titled "What I Love About Shawn" (she sent runner-up Nick Viall home in the finale which aired earlier this week). "From his romantic charm to his perfect hair, he's what I've been waiting for my whole life."

The brunette stunner continued, opening up about her parents' marriage and divorce, noting that "from a young age I was witness to what it was to love and be loved."

"If anyone has ever met my dad, you know that I would have high expectations of how a lady should be treated— I always tell him he should write a book. And then there's my mom, who has the biggest heart and is SUCH a hopeless romantic," she wrote. "My parents realized that they had more of a great friendship than the kind of love you dream of. Now, they have both found THAT kind of love, and I have two amazing relationships that I look up to. We're all one big weird happy family and there's a lot of love between us."

The 30-year-old reality star, who recently told E! News that she and Booth are currently "enjoying the engagement," went on to reveal that she believes she was meant to be with the 28-year-old stud.

"I believe that Shawn is the person I am supposed to be with— it's soul mates, true love, ‘only-see-it-in-the-movies' type of stuff," she gushed. "It wasn't an accident that my best friend made me go on that show, it's not an accident that Chris Soules didn't see me as his wife, and it wasn't an accident that Shawn's sister saw him with someone like me and told him to risk it. I truly believe we were meant to meet, and be together forever."

She added: "I have never felt more confident about anything in my whole life."

Bristowe also wrote that she can't wait to share their "beautiful" love story before seemingly taking a subtle dig at the show.

"When it's shown on the Bachelorette, we all know it will come across as dramatic— they use that word themselves a rude amount of times," she said. "Actually, I'm starting to believe that Chris Harrison gets a raise every time he uses that word."

Still, she admitted their relationship isn't perfect before she concluded by gushing over her handsome man.

"Shawn is one of a kind. He is thoughtful, romantic, a gentleman, sincere, and ridiculously good looking," she wrote. "He thinks about the little things, and I know that he will for the rest of our lives, he will put our relationship first, and so will I."
