Getty Images; REXKendall Jenner and Nick Jonas are a relatively new couple, so they're making sure they take it very slowly.
A source tells E! News exclusively that the supermodel and "Jealous" crooner aren't serious just yet but are enjoying each other's company and have been on a "few dates" when they're not too busy focusing on their own schedules.
"Nick and Kendall are hanging out, but it's nothing that serious, as Jonas just got out of a relationship and isn't looking for anything major at the moment," the source dishes. "He is really focusing on his career at this time. He enjoys hanging with Kendall when they are both in the same city, and it's nice because they have a similar group of friends (and family) in common."
Nick famously dated Olivia Culpo for two years, but decided to call it quits almost three months ago. The split was amicable, and the former Disney star even told E! News that he wanted nothing but happiness for his former love. "I wish the best for her in the future and we had a great two years," he said.
Because he's still pretty new to the dating world, our source insists that Kendall and Nick are "pretty light as of now."
Does that mean it could get more serious in the future? Potentially!
Nick also told E! News in late June that he was going to concentrate on his music career over a relationship. "I don't know, it's too early," he said. "I'm focused on my work and that, to me, is the priority right now."
Kendall is doing the same, as she is launching a new footwear line with her sister Kylie Jenner and has become the face of many fashion campaigns. When she isn't traveling the world for her modeling career, she's often off celebrating family milestones, such as Kylie's birthday in Mexico. Clearly these two are on the same page when it comes to life: work first (for now), personal life second.
Then again, Gigi Hadid and Joe Jonas have made it work amid hectic schedules, so only time will tell what happens with Nick and Kendall!
