When it comes to his personal life, Hayden Christensen is one to keep things pretty private.

But less than two weeks after Rachel Bilson shared a glimpse of their baby girl on Instagram, the actor couldn't help but gush about his newest family member.

"I have this little angel in my life now and Rachel and I are so thrilled," he shared with E! News. "We don't sleep as much as we used to, but it's all so worth it."

When asked what is the best part about being a dad, Christensen simply said "everything." Awww!

In between raising his daughter—who has already proven to have a great sense of style—the actor has been hard at work supporting his upcoming movie 90 Minutes in Heaven, which hits theaters Sept. 11.

Christensen plays Don Piper, who was pronounced dead after a horrific car crash. He was able to come back to life an hour and a half later, but not before seeing heaven. His true story became a best-selling book before it was turned into a movie.

"The whole experience was a pretty intense one. Telling Don's story that his family went through was an emotional journey," he admitted. "When we started filming, we got into the thick of it and it was an intense experience."

Co-star Kate Bosworth added, "Just to be in an intense, heavy scene and see [Don's family] actually live what we were replicating was pretty moving and inspiring and incredible."

For moviegoers who happen to be E! News viewers, they also may recognize one of the cameos: The one and only Jason Kennedy makes an appearance!

"You were a natural. You were so good in this film," Christensen said when describing his co-star. "We were so lucky to have you."
