She's ba-aaack!

Dancing With the Stars is set to welcome a new co-host on Monday night...and it's definitely someone fans will know! E! News can exclusively reveal that Leah Remini will heading back to the ballroom to take over as Tom Bergeron's co-host, while Erin Andrews takes a bit of a break from DWTS duties to cover the World Series as Fox's MLB sideline reporter. (Andrews will return once the World Series is over.)

Feeling déjà vu?We are, too, because we also reported on Remini filling in for Andrews last October during the Series, too!

ABC

Remini, who currently stars on her own hit TLC reality show, Leah Remini: It's All Relative, was a fan-favorite when she competed on the show in Season 17 with Tony Dovolani, who was forced to withdraw from the competition earlier this season after his partner Kim Zolciak-Biermann was unable to fly after suffering a mini-stroke. Remini won't be season 21's first guest host, however, as DWTS champ Alfonso Ribeiro filled in for Bergeron, who had to miss the Oct. 5 show to be with his sick father.

And the King of Queens star won't be the only famous face making an appearance in the ballroom on Monday night as Olivia Newton-John is set to serve as a guest judge for "Famous Dance" night. So which famous dances will the remaining couples be paying homage to? Check out the full list below:

Alek Skarlatos & Lindsay Arnold: "Jailhouse Rock" from Jailhouse Rock
Alexa PenaVega & Mark Ballas: "I'm A Slave 4 U" by Britney Spears
