When it comes to Cher, Breezy is feeling easy-breezy.

A nasty Twitter spat that erupted earlier this week between Chris Brown and the "Believe" diva turned out to be bogus after the R&B star's camp insisted his Twitter feed had been hacked.

Now, Breezy wants to clear the air with Cher, and has taken to his (legit) Twitter account to reach out to the diva…

"I have the utmost respect for u as an artist! @cher . Just to clear this up!" Brown tweeted this week.

He also wrote, "@cher if this is your real twitter I would like to say that some of ur fans…are spreading false accusations!"

Brown's account was allegedly compromised earlier this week when a sneaky poseur replicated Brown's Twitter feed and then sent Cher a combative tweet that slammed her for her political opinions.

"That damn GRANNY bitch CHER needs to keep her mouth SHUTTTT about her opinion against obama !!! smh she needs a beating," the hacked tweet read.

Cher, meanwhile, retweeted a question from one of her followers that asked about fake Breezy's threat to hit her, to which she replied, "I Don't know? Is that something he's particularly Good at?"

Brown, of course, is no stranger to Twitter tiffs, having gotten into 140-character fisticuffs with everyone from wrestler CM Punk  to, well, a universe of Grammy viewers.

Great to see him using the microblogging site to actually patch things up for once, instead of ripping his detractors apart.
