The E! News and Fashion Police mainstay underwent successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery last night for her breast cancer, and, according to husband Bill Rancic, came through in great spirits.
"G is doing really well," Bill exclusively tells E! News. "Her surgery lasted about four hours and the doctors were very pleased with the result."
"She had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes."
Sounds like Giuliana is already back in fine form.
Indeed, she even had her own message to share.
"I want to thank all the viewers and fans for their support and prayers," she says. "The tweets and notes have not gone unnoticed. I am very grateful."
Just get well soon, G. The office isn't the same without you.
