Justin Timberlake has no problem putting his, uh, privates in a box, but there's no way he put 'em in Mila Kunis' cell phone.

The Friends With Benefits costars are addressing reports that they swapped sexy pics that wound up getting swiped by a hacker and put up for sale online.

Here's what the two are telling E! News:

"At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false."

Last week, TMZ reported that Kunis' cell phone had been hacked and at least two photos were being shopped around: one supposedly of her in a bathtub and another allegedly depicting a nude Timberlake in repose on a bed.

Turns out, the Kunis picture is the real deal, but that it did not come from her phone.

"We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email that has not existed in three years. In regards to the the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties."

And leave it to Team Timberlake to find humor in the situation. While he has no problem performing Emmy-winning, penis-promoting tunes on Saturday Night Live that doesn't mean he wants to share his parts with the world.

"In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn't make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them," the joint statement says, adding, "Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession."

Both Timberlake and Kunis are currently working with investigators in the case and will take legal action, per their reps.

And the perp could learn a whole different meaning of cell dong.
