Is Jennifer Lawrence the Next Megan Fox?

Hunger Games star is facing her latest controversy with PETA, but is she following in the footsteps of the former Transformers star?

If you haven't already heard, PETA isn't quite as in love with Jennifer Lawrence as we are. The Hunger Games hottie came under fire after chatting about skinning a squirrel—not to mention saying "screw you, PETA"—during a recent interview with Rolling Stone.

And this isn't the first time Katniss herself has raised some eyebrows (and not always in a good way) with her notable quotables. In fact, it kind of made us think of another motor-mouthed starlet who isn't afraid to speak her mind.

Any guesses who? (Hint: For once, it's not Kristen Stewart.)

Megan Fox, of course!

Surprised? Well, you shouldn't be! Because the controversy surrounding Jen's latest remarks reminded us an awful lot of the uproar around Unattractive-gate, ya know, when Megan fessed she wouldn't trade places with an ugly girl.

It's all just so controversial! And this isn't the first time Megs and Jen have sounded off in a very similar matter:

Remember when Jen called herself "a troll" on Late Show and said the movie was great but casting her was their biggest mistake? Well, that turned out totally untrue (just look at the box-office haul and rave reviews).

Might there be such thing as too much modesty? Megs, we'll let you take it from here:

"I hate receiving compliments," Megan once told Allure in 2010. "I hate being told I'm talented or people think I'm going to be a movie star. I always feel that it's forced or fake."

Must be so annoying to be constantly reminded how awesome you are.

And if that's not enough to convince you J.Law might be headed down the same dangerous road of verbal diarrhea as the always outspoken Ms. Fox, perhaps you should consider their bathroom talk:

Take this gem from Megan, who was not at all shy when discussing her bowels with FHM in 2007: "I forget to flush the toilet. Friends will tell me, 'Megan, you totally pinched a loaf in my toilet and didn't flush.'"

Jen on the other hand doesn't have a flushing problem (that we know of), but she's proudly admitted she's "the fastest pee-er ever" and "famous for" her skills—even earning the nickname Katpiss. Yes, TMI from both chickies indeed.

Could this be a slippery slope to calling directors dictators and talking about her vagina nonstop (all staples in the history of Megan Fox soundbites)? Dare we start a Jennifer Lawrence Quotes: Dumb or Awesome gallery now?!

We doubt it. But hey, we like Megan's honesty—would it be so bad if Jen followed in her controversial footsteps?
