Speculation subsequently surfaced that the R&B star was merely protecting himself against possible retaliation from Drake in the wake of their recent alleged bar brawl.

Not only did E! News witness Brown out and about celebrating his Best Male R&B Artist win last night (see video above), but a rep for the singer also confirms there was no arrest of any kind.

Incidentally, Drake wasn't even at the show.
