CSI: Miami, Unforgettable and A Gifted Man are no more. And Sophia Bush, Lucy Liu, Dennis Quaid, Brandon Routh and Michael Chiklis are coming to a TV near you!

CBS has decided on which shows will get pickups for the 2012-13 season, making a few surprising cuts, and adding a total of seven new series. Nothing's as surprisingly awesome, however, as A Gifted Man star Patrick Wilson's tweet about getting the axe…

Patrick tweeted: "So...shocking to no one: #agiftedman is done.Found out via email...and not from the network. Stay classy. Thanks to AGM fans! Great cast/crew!"

Stay unmuzzled and hot as fire, Patrick!

He added: "As good as it was (sometimes) it was not what I signed on for."

CBS isn't unveiling its new fall schedule until Wednesday, but sources confirm to E! News that the eye net pulled the plug on David Caruso's CSI: Miami (where will the shades go?), Poppy Montgomery's Unforgettable (don't you dare use a "forgettable" pun) and Wilson's A Gifted Man, making way for four new dramas, two new comedies and one reality show.

Coming to your TV this fall on CBS: Elementary, a Sherlock Holmes redo with Lucy Liu starring as Watson to Johnny Lee Miller's (Eli Stone, Dexter) Sherlock; Vegas starring Dennis Quaid, Jason O'Mara (Terra Nova) and Michael Chikis; Golden Boy, a cop drama starring Theo James and Bonnie Somerville.

For comedies, CBS has greenlit Friend Me, from How I Met Your Mother's Pamela Fryman, and Partners, a comedy about architects starring David Krumholtz, Michael Urie, Brandon Routh and Sophia Bush.

The net's one reality offering is Mark Burnett's The Job, where contestants compete for their dream job. Hosted by Lisa Ling.
