Drink Away the Blues
Alcohol has always been linked to depression. Since it is a depressant, it usually ends up "deadening feelings" in people who consume it regularly. I usually refer to those moments as blackouts, but to each his own. Now a new study shows that non-drinkers may be more depressed than people who drink. The study showed that people who abstain from alcohol have more anxiety and are at a higher risk for depression. Here at the office, we refer to this as the "No S--t" study.
