What a beautiful family.
When Caitlyn Jenner told her 10 children that she is transgender, their initial reactions were varied. Understandably, they had concerns about her transition, and Caitlyn had her own set of concerns to consider. "Kylie's the one we're really worried about," the Olympic gold medalist confided to a friend in an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that aired in May. "She's having a hard time dealing with this. I do everything I can to try to stay in touch but she doesn't want to talk about it. She's just shut me out lately."
Caitlyn added, "My big concern is just that we've had such a close relationship for so many years and my kids are everything to me. I don't want her to go away, emotionally."
Meanwhile, Kendall Jenner said Kylie Jenner was more likely to "bottle up her emotions." And, during a siblings trip to Big Sky, Montana, Kylie herself said, "My sisters keep trying to push me to talk about things, but I don't really want to talk to anyone else right now."
As time went on, however, Kylie began to open up.
NBC's Today debuted a clip Friday showing how far she's come.
In a sneak peek from I Am Cait, E!'s eight-part dock-series premiering this Sunday at 8 p.m., Kylie surprises Caitlyn at home. "I do want to meet her," the famous teen admits. "It will be a little bit uncomfortable in the beginning, but I think we're both ready."
When she walks into the room and sees Caitlyn, she says, "Hey, pretty!"
"Hey, baby," Caitlyn, 65, replies. "I didn't know you were here."
"You look so pretty," Kylie, 17, reiterates.
Kylie then notices her grandmother, Esther Jenner, 88, is getting her hair and makeup done in the same room. "Are you getting pretty?" she asks. Esther tells her, "I'm having fun."
Then, Esther reveals she has "a little present" for Kylie.

As another scene in the premiere episode of I Am Cait reveals, Kylie first met Caitlyn via FaceTime. Nervous about Kylie's reaction, Caitlyn tells her, "I don't want to scare you."
"You're not scaring me," Kylie says. "You look pretty!"
As Kylie would surely agree, Caitlyn looks pretty in her I Am Cait promo shoot, too.
