Relatively speaking, Dane Cook's got problems.

The comedian's half-brother and former business manager, Darryl McCauley, was indicted Thursday by an Massachusetts grand jury on eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme for allegedly funneling millions from Cook's business accounts into his own personal coffers last year.

McCauley was arrested Dec. 30 on suspicion of larceny and forgery after a two-week investigation. Bail, which was originally set at $3 million, has been reduced to $500,000.

in addition to stealing some dough, McCauley is also accused of forging a $3 million check from Cook to himself.

"Mr. McCauley has at all times insisted upon his innocence and continues to do so," attorney Robert M. Goldstein told the Boston Globe.

Cook has not commented on the matter.
