Timbira's Pigs in a Row on Survivor

My, how the tables have turned on Survivor: Tocantins.
The once mighty Jalapao, which seemingly boasted the majority of the brawn in this competition, couldn't get it together in tonight's reward challenge, as more ceramic pigs shattered than made it into Sydney Wheeler's outstretched hands.
So it was Timbira that got to lounge next to a scenic waterfall and enjoy hamburgers with all the fixings—which sounded even more delicious when seasoned host Jeff Probst said it—and bulk up for the ensuing immunity challenge.
In the meantime, Joe Dowdle from Jalapao and Erinn Lobdell from Timbira uneventfully cooled their heels on Exile Island and Taj Johnson-George let J.T. Thomas in on her and Stephen Fishbach's alliance, which is supposed to keep her and the bespectacled New Yorker safe when the tribes eventually merge.
Was Jalapao able to reverse its decline and jell in time to avoid Tribal Council, rendering the schism developing among the tribemates moot?
Turns out it wasn't to be.
Timbira's Tyson Apostol was just that much more accurate than J.T. during the slingshot-firing portion of the challenge and allowed his team more time to put together the puzzle at the end.
So for the third time in a row, Jalapao marched off to tribal council.

Joe and Sydney were primed to boot Taj, and they tried to turn J.T., who had been adorably delighted earlier on to have been included in Taj's circle of trust.
J.T. made us doubt his loyalty by remarking that he was "going to hell" for his decision, but he stood by his new partner in Operation Terminate Timbira.
And so it was Sydney who became the sixth person voted off of Survivor: Tocantins, 3-2. The tribes merge next week with Timbira outnumbering Jalapao, six people to four.
