Shenae Grimes has traded in the 90210 zip code for the 905 area code!

Well not really...but the 19-year-old Torontonian was back in her home and native land this past week to shoot a music video for Our Lady Peace!

E! News Weekend's Jason Ruta travelled to Uxbridge, Ontario where we found Shenae and OLP hiding out in the woods.
