Judging from this shot, something that doesn't quite look like this is going on in her midsection.
Instead it's something that looks more like baby growing. That is our professional opinion. You're welcome.
To put it into historical baby-bump context, Gisele is lucky enough to have the build for a small, barely noticeable Nicole Kidman-like bump.
