Dancing With the Stars Gets Political

One of the biggest reasons I love my job is I get to talk to people like Tom DeLay. No, I'm not a fan of the former Republican congressman's politics, but he's the first politician to compete on Dancing With the Stars.

It's just too funny chatting with the 62-year-old DeLay about spray-tanning, tight dancer's pants and his quest for a six-pack.

"I like to dance, but I haven't danced in 20 years," DeLay told me the other day from Sugar Land, Texas, where's been rehearsing with his pro partner, Cheryl Burke. "I know it sounds hokey, but I'm having fun."
