Terminator Dude Charged With DUIs

He'll be back, all right—for his arraignment.
E! News has learned that Thomas Dekker, the former star of Fox's Terminator spinoff, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, has been rung up on two misdemeanor drunk-driving charges stemming from his Oct. 14 run-in with a teenager biker in the San Fernando Valley.
"He was charged with our standard DUI counts—driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or above," said Los Angeles city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan.
Talk about your bad Judgment Day.
Dekker, 21, was driving near an on-ramp to the 101 Freeway when he apparently lost control of his vehicle and knocked over a 17-year-old on a bicycle.
He was booked into a nearby jail on suspicion of felony DUI and causing bodily harm. Luckily for him, he won't be facing the more serious charges, according to Mateljan, because prosecutors "felt the DUI charges were the most appropriate."
Dekker, who's out on $100,000 bail, will have a chance to enter a plea at his arraignment, scheduled for Friday in Van Nuys Superior Court.
Before his stint on Chronicles, which has since been terminated, the actor had a recurring role on NBC's Heroes.
He also played a cancer patient in the Cameron Diaz weeper My Sister's Keeper and next will be seen running from Freddy Krueger in the upcoming reboot of A Nightmare on Elm Street.
