There's no blindsiding going on here. A Los Angeles judge is making it crystal clear to the man accused of stalking Sandra Bullock that he better stay away for another three years or face the consequences.

Judge Carol Goodson OK'd another extension of a restraining order issued in 2003 against Thomas James Weldon. The original injunction, which was renewed in 2006, expired last year, prompting the Oscar winner's legal team to ask for a interim keep-away, which Goodson granted on July 19.

The 41-year-old Weldon, who has been labeled schizophrenic by Bullock's attorney, has been accused of stalking The Blind Side star for the past seven years.

The latest incident occurred last month, when he turned up at a Wyoming emergency room complaining of anxiety and exhaustion and told staffers he'd driven all night from Tennessee to Jackson Hole, where Bullock has a residence, saying he wished to meet her.

The new order not only protects the actress but also her newly adopted son, Louis, as well as her nanny, housekeeper and assistant.

Neither Bullock nor Weldon were present at today's hearing.
