The show will go on, but under what circumstances?

E! News has confirmed that two of the four finalists who are preparing to get down as they've never gotten down before on this week's So You Think You Can Dance finale were hospitalized over the weekend after collapsing during rehearsal.

It was reportedly the two remaining guys—Joshua Allen and Stephen "Twitch" Boss—who required medical care Saturday, according to Us Weekly. They were treated for dehydration and released the same day and are expected to be more than ready to partner up with and face off against Courtney Galiano and Katee Shean on Wednesday.

Fox has yet to issue a statement, but the beans were spilled when judge Mary Murphy told People last night at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards that two of the contestants were rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance on Saturday.

"The kids are completely dehydrated—two of them. I’m sure they’re doing a lot of blood work to see if there’s anything else," the reliably talkative ballroom expert said.

Sunday rehearsals were called off, but everyone was expected to be back in leaping form by today. Courtney, Katee, Joshua and Twitch had been busting their fierce moves for at least 10 hours a day, a regimen that tires us out just writing about it.

"[The girls] could not rehearse as well, and so hopefully everybody is going to be in the same boat," Murphy said. "Hopefully everybody will be refreshed by having a full day off."

The fourth season of So You Think You Can Dance concludes this week with a live two-part, four-hour finale. After a lineup of special guests, previously dismissed contestants (surely Will Wingfield will have yet another moment in the spotlight) and a performance by the Jonas Brothers, a winner will be announced Thursday.
