Celine Dion Wishes Quebec City a Happy Birthday

Celine Dion gifted Quebec Friday night with a powerful concert on the historic Plains of Abraham.
Over 250,000 fan were on-hand to take part of the free show marking Quebec City’s 400th birthday. One fan drove 10 hours from Long Island, NY to see the star.
The concert also featured a host of Quebec stars and a medley of songs joined by her family. Dion was visibly happy to be back in the provincial capital after a nine-year absence.
The concert is a break for Dion from performances in Montreal where she is headlining in her worldwide "Taking Chances" tour.
