Wynonna Weds
Wynonna Judd had no trouble walking a straight line last weekend--straight down the aisle.
The country singer wed her longtime bodyguard and road manager, D.R. Roach, at a private ceremony in Tennessee. Sixty of the couple's closest family members and friends were present to cheer on the blushing bride, including little sis Ashley and mom Naomi.
The newlyweds have worked together for more then 10 years and have been engaged since 2001.
"I know that we can make it through anything because we have been coworkers and friends for the last 10 years," Judd said at the time of her engagement. "We laugh constantly and learn something from each other every day."
It's the second marriage for both--Judd has two children from her previous marriage and Roach has one.
Judd found herself in hot water earlier this month when she was pulled over, arrested and charged with drunken driving after she went out partying with the girls.
"I had been out celebrating my upcoming wedding and a girlfriend's birthday last night and clearly let my excitement get the best of me," Judd said at the time. "I am always thinking about the safety of others and that of my family and have learned a very serious lesson."
The family-oriented singer landed her first recording contract in 1984 with mom Naomi, as the mother-daughter team the Judds. The pair climbed the charts to become the most popular duo in country music history.
Naomi was forced to stop performing in 1991 after she was diagnosed with hepatitis C, and Wynonna went on to launch her highly successful solo career in 1992.
The singer's sixth studio album, What the World Needs Now Is Love, debuted at number one in August 2003 on the Billboard country music chart.
