Just because Jessica Alba isn't the most smiley, happy-go-lucky starlet in Hollywood that doesn't mean she's not a load of fun.

Teri Polo, one of Alba's costars in the upcoming Little Fockers, insists Ms. Alba loves a good laugh…

"She loves to be funny," Polo told us at last night's BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards. "I also think she's a very shy person who perhaps people perceive as a certain way…We get along just great."

So why does she get a rap for being a sourpuss? Polo explained...

Jessica Alba Brings Sex, Drugs to Little Fockers

Jessica Alba Max Butterworth/ Bret Thompsett, PacificCoastNews.com

What's been missing from the Focker family saga?

Jessica Alba.

Joining the celebrated ranks of fellow Focker stars including Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Owen Wilson and Barbra Streisand, the actress is in talks to join the next installment of Ben Stiller's Meet the Parents series, according Hollywood Reporter's Risky Biz blog.

The actress, whose recent big screen comedic efforts include The Love Guru and Good Luck Chuck, would reportedly play a sexy pharmaceutical rep in the film, Little Fockers.

And we can only guess that she would be the cause of much embarassment and physical anguish to Stiller's hapless Greg Focker.

Ben Stiller Is Stealing Ashton Kutcher's Job as Unofficial Twitter Spokesman

Ever since Ashton Kutcher's initial Twitter enthusiasm back whenever that was, things have sort of died down for the microblogging site's unofficial ambassador. Gone are the epic speeches on the power of social media and pointless follow wars. Now it's just @replies and fantasy football.

This has left room for Ben Stiller to sweep in and attempt to steal the highly coveted Unoffical Twitter Spokesman title. The Night at the Museum 2 actor just discovered this Twitter and Facebook stuff and wants in—for now at least, until it gets boring. Even Oprah's over it.

But he's trying to make it work, so no need for us to get all negative about it. Look, he's even making videos promoting his Twitter. The one above stars our own pride and joy Ryan Seacrest. It's kinda cute, right? Ryan has so many jobs! LOL.

And last week, Ben tried to explain Twitter to Mickey Rooney, but you know how it goes with old people...

Ben Stiller Beats Down Terminator Salvation

Night At The Museum 2: Battle Of The Smithsonian, Ben Stiller, Amy Adams Soul Brother/Getty Images

Terminator Salvation isn't being terminated. But it is being denied.

Ben Stiller's Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, not the latest Terminator flick, as projected, was winning the Memorial Day weekend box office. And it wasn't all that close.

Smithsonian is estimated to gross $53.5 million from Friday-Sunday; Salvation is down for $43 million for the same stretch.

Four-day weekend estimates will be out tomorrow.

"I think most people felt Terminator was going to win the weekend," Chris Aronson, an exec for Smithsonian's Fox, said today. "I think it's a testament to comedy is king."

Salvation, meanwhile, might be a testament to what a good job Star Trek is doing.

Ben Stiller Brings the Funny on Jimmy Camel Live!

Loading...

Never look a gift horse camel in the mouth. Or any other orifice from which fluids may flow (and flow, and flow…).

Ben Stiller brought new meaning to the term hump day Wednesday, turning up on Jimmy Kimmel Live! bearing an unsolicited and equally unhouse-trained beast as an offering for the host.

"I know how you feel about camels, and this is your camel," Stiller said, explaining that he learned of the chat host's devotion to the desert-dwellers while perusing his Wikipedia page. "It's for the man who loves camels more than anything."

"I don't even know what you're talking about," Kimmel replied. "It's nice and all, but I have no particular feeling about camels one way or another."

Unless, it seems, they have particularly weak bladders.

"This one has a leak, it looks like."

Wolverine Sequel Already in the Works

X-Men Origins: Wolverine Twentieth Century Fox

X marks the spot for a Wolverine sequel.

Just two days after Hugh Jackman's domination of the box office—Box Office Mojo estimates the film's worldwide gross at $158.2 million and counting—comes the rather unsurprising word that a follow-up to the origin story is already in the works.

According to Variety, the sequel, which will mark Jackman's fifth time donning the killer claws, will focus on the X-Men comic's samurai storyline, the Japanese locale setup for which is teased after the blockbuster film's end credits.

Meanwhile, the action star Oscar host is showing no signs of slowing—or being typecast—with no fewer than four other projects in the works, one of which will be a 2010 return to Broadway as the titular Houdini.

Rounding out today's star-studded castings: Ben Stiller, Christina Aguilera, Wilmer Valderrama, Peter Dinklage, Ken Watanabe and the newest Mad Man.

Hugh Jackman Sinks Claws Into Ghostopolis, Jenny McCarthy Is Oprah's Latest Protégé

Hugh Jackman Humberto Carreno/startraksphoto.com

Here's hoping graphic novels are as good to Hugh Jackman as comic books have been.

Fresh off the box-office-dominating opening weekend of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Mr. Oscar has signed on to star in Ghostopolis, an adaptation of an unreleased graphic novel.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jackman will star as an agent with the government's Supernatural Immigration Task Force, essentially working border patrol for this world and the spirit-inhabiting Ghostopolis. He's forced to team up with a female ghost—who, coincidentally enough, is a former love—when a living boy is accidentally dispatched to the wrong world.

There's no start date yet for the project, which Jackman will also produce.

Meanwhile, Ben Stiller is doing his best to Spread Goodness behind the camera, Oprah Winfrey signs up her latest syndicated protégé, and father and son Sutherlands—though not the ones you think—team up on the big screen.

Angelina Jolie Wanted For MTV Movie Awards

Wanted Chuck Hodes / Universal Pictures
More from Marc Malkin

No doubt, MTV will do anything to get Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to its upcoming Movie Awards.

We’re sure Brangelina will receive many nominations (remember this past year included Jolie in Wanted, Changeling and Kung Fu Panda along with Pitt in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Burn After Reading), but for now we know of at least one so far for Ms. Jolie.
