Could a new feud be a-brewin'?

It seems Ke$ha doesn't appear to think too highly of pop predecessor Britney Spears and isn't afraid to gab about it.

Even though she's been featured on one of Brit's songs, the 23-year-old "Tik Tok" singer is vehemently against her lip-synching.

"I don't think that's fair at all for people who are going to see the show," she tells the Scottish Daily Record. "I think if you war going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance. If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing."

Britney Spears and her new blond 'do were clearly safe from harm Monday night while going to the movies with her two sons, Sean and Jayden, as both boys decided to step out in their Spidey suits.

After spending the past couple months as a brunette, Britney Spears has gone back to blonde.

And not only did she change up the color but also got some fresh new extensions. While the choppy shorter hair on top brings back bad memories of another recent hair disaster, Brit does look happy and, really, isn't that all that matters?

Of course the following day, Britney emerged for a braless Starbucks run. Her hair color may change every two months, but Frappuccino love is forever.

Britney Spears shot another round of ads for Candie's. This time the juniors clothing line, only available at Kohl's, got all fancy, titling the campaign "Britney Spears Through the Lens" and hiring several well-known photographers. 

The gray industrial backdrop is the work of Annie Leibovitz, while Terry Richardson took over for the sexy bikini portion with his stark white background. And then there's Mark Seliger, who got two different sets:

Britney watchers can breathe easy.

Despite reports that Spears was "rushed" to the hospital today, her rep tells E! News she was simply there for a routine checkup.

"Everything is fine," says Spears' rep. "Britney is there for an annual physical."

Photogs claimed Brit-Brit was accompanied to UCLA Medical Center's Mattel Children's Hospital earlier today by two cars and a police escort.

And Perez Hilton had the Twitter world in a tizzy when he posted: "I'm hearing that @BritneySpears is in the emergency room right now. Hope it's nothing major and everything is okay! Maybe her kids?"

Imagine that, the blogosphere blowing something out of proportion.

Sure, we realize "Womanizer" was up for Best Dance Recording tonight, so your appearance was totally understandable, but it's been eight long years since you graced the Grammys with your presence!

Which makes this bodysuit and Dolce & Gabbana dress combo a bit of a letdown. Seriously, when that much time has elapsed between Grammy getups, you would think that you'd want to make the most of the situation.

Mind you, we're not expecting you to match the magic of 10 years ago, Brit, but a little more effort would have been appreciated.

Well, there's always next year. Or eight years from now. Whichever comes first.

Despite speculation that the 28-year-old pop star was heading to court Friday to get the ball rolling on ending her father's control over her financial and medical affairs, E! News has learned that such was not the case.

Instead, money—both to give and receive—was the order of the day.

It's been raining in L.A. for about five days straight now. In light of recent events, it's not the absolute worst thing in the world, we get that. But when we're used to seeing our celebrities all bright, happy and pretty, it's weird to see them wet, cold and sad.

Of course, the rain certainly helped a couple of people—like Tina Fey at the Globes or Conan O'Brien, whose plight against NBC only looked more moving set against the downpour.

But for others, things didn't go quite as well...

Just look at poor Courteney Cox, Katy Perry and Zoe Saldana try to maintain their fabulousness. It's hard when you gotta hold an umbrella, walk in heels, wear cute clothes and pose for the camera all at the same time.

And then there's Britney Spears, who looks like she just said "Ef it." Who needs trench coats and umbrellas? It's just sweats and dirty weaves for days.

Hopefully this rain stuff clears up for tomorrow's SAGs red carpet...

With news that Britney Spears' conservatorship will stay in place for another six months to a year, Brit decided to exercise what freedom she does have and dye her hair back to brunette.

Brunette has always symbolized independence for the pop star, who spent most of her preconservatorship days with darker locks. And also sometimes pink. Really anything that wasn't blond.

Brit debuted her new 'do as she was dropped off at the Mondrian in West Hollywood. We'll see how long her dye job lasts this time—her summer one was short-lived, after all. And the second it changes, you know where to find the latest on Britney's hair! (Right here.)
