John Kerry's Hollywood Daughter Cleared of DUI
Just as John Kerry predicted, his daughter's DUI charge has disappeared. But prosecutors say it's business as usual.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's office confirmed to E! News today that actress-filmmaker Alexandra Forbes Kerry won't be facing a misdemeanor charge following her arrest last week.
"Our prosecutors had an opportunity to review the report that was sent to us and felt there was insufficient evidence to warrant the filing of charges," spokesman Frank Mateljan said, noting that the 36-year-old registered .06 on a breathalyzer test—a smidge under California's legal limit of .08.
He also dismissed any speculation of favoritism, saying that prosecutors traditionally decline to move forward with such borderline cases.
After she was pulled over Thursday, her ever diplomatic dad released a statement noting Alexandra was under the limit and expressing his full support for her.

The police aren't giving up Alexandra's pic, but we've got plenty more in our Mug-Shot Mania photo gallery.
Which Iron Man 2 Star Is Sexier: ScarJo or RDJ?
Next year's obvious blockbuster hit Iron Man 2 is already deep into filming, and tons of new stills have just been released.
The most tummy-yummy so far? Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson, obviously (sorry Gwyneth Paltrow). These two are supergorge but have totally different appeals going for them.
Take RDJ—back from career hell and dee-lish again in a rugged way. He's struggled with a lot, including rehab, and has reattached himself to Hollywood's A-list. ScarJo, on the other hand, has arguably had everything handed to her—albeit because of her own talents and moxie. But she's got the perfectly good-looking spouse, a non-Lohan-esque career and boobs to die for!
What type of sexy do you prefer?

The Ladies Love Seth
There were a lot of beautiful women down at Comic-Con in San Diego and no I am not talking about the ones dressed up like Princess Leia. In this case I am talking about Elizabeth Banks and Amber Heard. Why those two in particular you ask? Well because they are both co-starring with our favorite Canadian Seth Rogen and I figured they could help me with a question I have had in my mind since I took a trip to Montreal.
A couple weeks ago I was in Montreal to see the world premiere of Pineapple Express and a woman beside me yelled out “I have seen Seth Rogan—my life is now complete!”
I thought to myself “wow, I wonder if Seth has the same affect on all the beautiful co-stars he has worked with”...check the video to find out the answer.
Hot Video: Paris Hilton, Mexican Pastries and Jokers
Three days of comic books, freaks and girls who shouldn't be dressed up like Wonder Woman who are dressed up like Wonder Woman. Mexican doughnuts. Oh, and Paris Hilton. My trip to Comic-Con in San Diego. Watch it. You'll love it.
Comic-Con: Apatow and Rogen Share Stash of Scoop
The crew from Pineapple Express dropped by Comic-Con in San Diego over the weekend, and they shared scoop about the business of being funny. Comedy superproducer Judd Apatow told me how Brad Pitt inspired his doped-up action flick, James Franco talked about his mug on the billboards, and Seth Rogen invited me to party. Check out the clip for the full story.
Comic-Con: Terminator's McG Talks Bale, 'Bots
McG doesn't give a lot of interviews, so listen up. Over the weekend, the Terminator Salvation director talked to me about the four minutes of man vs. machine action he previewed for thousands of fans at San Diego Comic-Con. He also spilled about how he got Terminator maestro James Cameron's blessing, whether star Christian Bale can pull off being both Batman and John Connor, and the deal with the rumored Arnold Schwarzenegger cameo. Check the clip to get the full story.
Comic-Con: All the Stars! All the Action! All Here!
Now that Comic-Con has been slipped into the Mylar bags of our memory, we're ready to flip through our favorite moments of this year's event—some of which include hot, chain-mail-clad heroines, others that focus on hunky, hard-bitten heroes.
Big stars? Got 'em. Big movies? Absolutely. Big surprises? Hells yeah! Check out all the stories here, and click through our Comic-Con photo gallery below for some of the best moments at the convention.
Comic-Con: Star Wars Scoop & Will Ferrell Poop
That "Star Wars Kid" from YouTube may have been ahead of his time. Soon, many American kids will look just as dorky as they play a brand new lightsaber fighting game for the Wii. This was but one of several revelations—nah, actually, not many revelations at all—at the Comic-Con "Star Wars Spectacular."
If you were hoping to know more about the live-action TV show coming in a couple years, you're out of luck.
But hey, do you like The Clone Wars?
Comic-Con: Can Batman Beat the Terminator?
Edward Furlong and Nick Stahl never quite seemed the type to save humanity in a great war against the machines. Which may be why John Connor in Terminator Salvation is played by Christian Bale, a man so badass that the police have to be called to save people from his verbal assaults.
Bale, alas, is currently in Japan promoting The Dark Knight and not talking about his alleged family altercation, but director McG and cast members including Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Worthington, Common, and Moon Bloodgood showed up to an enthused Comic-Con panel with some early footage.
Of course, everyone wanted to know whether Arnold will be back. McG played it coy: "The T-800 model is indeed part of the mythology of the Terminator."
Comic-Con: Guy Ritchie's Killer Moves—Seriously
Director Guy Ritchie takes on the dark underbelly of London—again—in his new flick RocknRolla, and brought word to San Diego Comic-Con this week. I caught up with him and superproducer Joel Silver to talk about their star-studded cast—Gerard Butler, Jeremy Piven and Ludacris—Ritchie's jujitsu training and his sneakers. Hit the clip to get the full story.
Comic-Con: Pineapple Express Dudes Clear the Air
It may not be good news that at least a third of the Comic-Con Hall H audience bailed when Judd Apatow showed up to promote Pineapple Express, but somehow, we still think the stoner action/comedy has a chance.
Quoth star Seth Rogen: "We felt close to the material. A movie with guys smoking joints and shooting AK-47s, that's the kind of movie I wanna go see right now!"
Comic-Con: Wahlberg Talks Tough, Calls Out Trekkies
Mark Wahlberg handled the fans at San Diego Comic-Con masterfully, but first I grilled the tough guy on his game-turned-action flick Max Payne. He admits to having zero comic book and video-game knowledge, and that the crowd here is a little intimidating. He even throws out a challenge to Trekkies. Check out the clip to see what I mean.
