• Nick Lachey broke his silence over Daisy's disappearance. "I think a lot of people forget that Daisy was my dog, too—for years." He's right; we were all so caught up throwing a pity party for Jessica Simpson that we never stopped and asked the 98 Degrees singer about his feelings. "I was upset," he says. "It was sad to hear that happened, but it's part of the cycle of life." Finally, closure for everyone.

There were baby bumps and plunging necklines on the Emmys red carpet, but only one real question. To bare or not to bare (a shoulder)?

Stars showing off their left clavicles included Patricia Arquette, Hayden Panettiere in a poppy-hued J. Mendel, Chloë Sevigny in a shower-curtain inspired silhouette and Kim Kardashian.

Kim's Ina Soltani silk gown had to be sewn back on backstage after she tweeted about a popped zipper. It seems as if more than just her shoulder was trying to break free.

In the right clavicle camp were Debra Messing in a red (the one big color trend of the night) column gown by Michael Kors, Olivia Wilde, Mary-Louise Parker and Lindsay Price.

The final tally? Left Wingers? Four. Right Wingers? Four.

Guess no team takes home the winner's statuette for this one.

Newly married Mandy Moore hasn't taken a honeymoon with hubby Ryan Adams, and that's just fine by her.

"We'll have to talk about it," she said at the Latisse launch party last night. "I'm happy being home. Home is a honeymoon enough for me!"

The starlet was glowing at the bash, where she showed off her wedding ring bling and a cute blond hairdo. And just in case you were wondering, she stuck to sipping water...let the baby bump rumors begin!

Meanwhile, fellow partygoer Debra Messing couldn't stop talking about how svelte new mama Angie Harmon has gotten since giving birth...
