Selena Gomez: I'm Not Hating on Twilight!
Selena Gomez wants you to know that she never said she doesn't like Twilight.
The Disney darling has been getting a lot of flack from Twi-hards because they're feeling like she dissed the world's most talked-about vampire franchise when she told Bonnie Hunt last week that she hasn't actually seen Twilight.
"All I said was that I didn't watch it and I felt bad for not watching it," Selena explained to me at yesterday's American Music Awards. "But of course, now it's like, 'I don't like it.' That's not the case."
And Selena is brave enough to admit that—gasp!—she hasn't read any of Stephenie Meyer's Twi-novels, either. "I feel bad," she said. "And I'm sorry if I offended anyone for that."
Selena certainly wasn't the only one talking Twilight and New Moon at the AMAs. Read on for more…
Uh-Oh! New Moon Should Have Been Better
Not that I'm presuming what I think about New Moon will have any effect on ticket sales, but this being the big day, I just felt I had to vent a little.
Sad to say, but I had some problems with the movie. I just didn't like it as much as I wanted to.
The corny dialogue irked me, Taylor Lautner's overpumped bod on the big screen is way too meathead and did Kristen Stewart actually enjoy kissing Robert Pattinson's Christmas cranberry red lips?
The computer-generated werewolves were cool. But they seemed to be in the wrong movie. They were too slick for this flick.
Don't worry, I do have some nice things to say...
Kellan Lutz: More Excited by Eclipse Than New Moon
Sure, Kellan Lutz thinks New Moon is a "great" movie, but he's not afraid to admit he's more excited by Eclipse.
"Eclipse is a masculine movie," Lutz says. "I love it. All the stunts I was able to do by myself. It's an action movie!"
In fact, Lutz thinks the third installment will bring even more new fans to the franchise...
New Moon's World Premiere: Countdown Begins!
New Moon doesn't hits theaters until Nov. 22, but the red carpet will be rolled out six days prior for its star-studded world premiere.
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and many others are expected at the invite-only event Nov. 16. Just as Summit did with Twilight’s premiere, there will be two screenings happening simultaneously at the Mann Village and Bruin Theatres in the Westwood neighborhood of L.A.
No Twi-fans have been spotted camping out in front of the theaters just yet, but why do we have a feeling that'll start happening sooner than later?
Meanwhile, we got some more deets on director David Slade taking a dark turn with Eclipse, the third installment of the Twilight franchise...
Taylor Lautner's Bevy of Backstage Beauties
Taylor Lautner was chatting it up with a Transformers beauty backstage at the Scream Awards.
No, not Megan Fox, but 24-year-old newcomer Isabel Lucas.
We spotted New Moon's abs-fab werewolf about half-way into the show in the VIP area chatting with Lucas, plus two other blondes and a couple of brunettes. "Taylor was the center of attention," says an eyewitness. Isabel and her friend looked very fascinated and flirtatious. Taylor started out sitting there with a just a guy pal, but ended up surrounded by these girls. They just kind of walked up and sat next to him."
Perhaps they got a glimpse of Tay's new GQ photo spread?
Fox and her boyfriend Bryan Austin Green were also there, hanging VIP-style. The two held hands as Green introduced Fox to several "people he knew, but no one famous," a source said.
Jaime King teased us when we chatted with her about her upcoming work opposite True Blood stud Stephen Moyer in the action flick Tribes of October...
Taylor Lautner Can't Keep His Shirt On
Another day, another photo of Taylor Lautner's buff bod.
Out favorite teen werewolf may be the star of a six-page fashion spread in the new issue of GQ magazine, but is anyone really looking at the clothes?
Um, no.
It's the shot on page 164 that's likely to make everyone drool.
Wanna look? We've got the pic for you after the jump.
Enjoy!

New Moon: Will Rob Fans Ditch Him For Taylor?!
Anna Kendrick is one lucky woman. Not only does 24-year-old Portland, Maine native play Jessica Stanley in the Twilight movies, but she's getting some major buzz for her work playing a feisty Ivy League-educated efficiency expert who goes head-to-head with a coporate downsizer (George Clooney) in the upcoming Up In the Air.
I caught up with Kendrick last night at a private cocktail party, where it was announced she'll receive the Rising Star Award at the Palms Springs International Film Festival in January.
Read on to find out what she says about Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and so much more…
Just Say No to Robert Pattinson Documentary
I'm not saying it's time to get over Robert Pattinson, but a documentary about the chap?
If ya haven't heard already, there's a company in England that's going to be releasing Robsessed, a feature-length documentary about Mr. Pattinson, next month.
Seriously?
Rob is only 23 years old, people! Yeah, his every single movie, breath and eye blink is covered as if it was the second coming of Christ, but a documentary about him? It's not needed. It's not necessary. And it's just foolish.
I know, I'm risking the wrath of every Twilight/Pattinson fan out there, but think about it. We already know everything there is to know about him. What could possibly be revealed in Robsessed that we don't already know?
Selena Gomez: Team Shia and Team Jacob
Selena Gomez insists it's not easy for her to choose between Team Jacob and Team Edward.
"That's hard," she said last night at the Onitsuka Tiger party for her debut album, Kiss & Tell. "I don't know. I guess it would be Team Jacob because [Taylor Lautner] is my friend, but I do like Team Edward."
In other boy news, Selena told us…
Eclipse: Dark As Rob Pattz Edward's Skin Is Pale
To find out how dark Eclipse will be, we'll have to wait until the movie actually comes out.
But Twi-screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg says there's absolutely no doubt the third flick in the vampire franchise is taking a darker turn.
And she credits the storyline and director David Slade for that...
Twilight's Justin Chon: Dark Eclipse, Tighter Security
Get ready for darkness.
Twilight star Justin Chon tells me that director David Slade's Eclipse isn't exactly taking his lead from Catherine Hardwick or Chris Weitz.
"He's done pretty dark films so that's where I see [Eclipse] really gravitating towards—more of a dark kind of moody film," Chon said yesterday at BAFTA's pre-Emmy tea party. "Just shooting the scenes that I'm in, the mood is definitely different."
