Can Gisele Bündchen be any hotter?

The pregnant supermodel is well on her way to getting a pilot's license to fly helicopters. She has already passed a written test and is logging time in the air with an instructor two to four times a week, E! News has learned.

"If you are comfortable and the doctor says it's OK, she can fly until the end of the pregnancy," says Keith Douglass, president of Shoreline Aviation in Marshfield, Mass. "Helicopters don't go very high or very far, so she is around."

Bündchen, 29, is expecting her first child with NFL stud Tom Brady, who Douglass saw once with his wife at the air field.

But while Bündchen needs nine months to become a mom, only 40 hours of airtime are required to become a chopper pilot.

"She needs to take the practical test with the examiner in the helicopter, basically a check ride," Douglass tells E!. "She's almost to that point."

And so far, he added, "She is terrific. She does a fantastic job."

As a quarterback, Tom Brady has to operate out of the shotgun to avoid blitzers. His and Gisele Bündchen's bodyguards, it's alleged, like operating shotguns to avoid paparazzi.

The picture-perfect twosome has been tagged with a federal lawsuit by a couple of shutterbugs who claim they came under fire while attempting to cover the couple's  April wedding celebration in Costa Rica.

Echoing allegations made at the time of the soiree, photographers Yuri Cortes and Rolando Aviles claim in their negligence lawsuit that they were shaken down by the couple's security detail. After managing to escape, the photographers fled in their SUV. That's when the guards allegedly began firing guns, which blew out the back window and "narrowly missed striking" the photogs, per the suit.

The photographers and their fellow plaintiff, the Agence France-Presse wire service, are seeking at least  $1 million in damages.

Reps for the Patriots' star quarterback and the runway star, who are expecting their first child in December, declined to comment.

Diaper duty isn't all Gisele Bündchen has on her plate.

The supermodel, who's expecting her first child with hubby Tom Brady in December, was named the new Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program on Sunday at an event in New York's Washington Square Park.

Not unlike ex-boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio, the Brazilian babe has been a longtime environmental activist. Her new role will help the program "raise awareness and inspire action to protect the environment," according to the organization.

"The environment has always been my passion," the leggy lady said at the announcement event. "I grew up in a small town and I had the opportunity to live surrounded by nature...We must act now so future generations have the same opportunity. Mother Earth is our fundamental life-support system and, by becoming aware and responsible now, we can assist in preserving the planet."

In addition to adding "mom" and "Goodwill Ambassador" to her growing list of gigs, the multitasking beauty is reportedly working on earning her pilot's license.

Tom Brady can't be stopped on the field. His DNA can't be stopped off.

The 32-year-old star quarterback of the New England Patriots has finally confirmed what everyone has suspected for months: he's knocked up supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen.

Bündchen's bumpwatch began in June, but Brady—who has a son, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, with ex-loverl Bridget Moynahan—denied the Victoria's Secret babe was preggers, saying "one kid is enough...I've got dogs. That's all I need."

Whether he needs it or not, Brady Spawn No. 2 will arrive in December, the three-time Super Bowl champ fesses up in an interview with ESPN's Chris Berman airing tonight on Sports Center. The will be the first child for the 29-year-old Bündchen.

No comment from the Brady dogs.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is pregnant! Maybe! Maybe not! She's not saying anything about it, which means it is up to us to examine pictures of her and make assumptions. That is our job, don't hate.

Judging from this shot, something that doesn't quite look like this is going on in her midsection.

Tom Brady may be buying diapers in the off-season.

The football stud and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, are expecting, if People's unnamed sources and supposed baby bumps are to be believed.

So far, the Brazilian beauty's rep is refusing to comment on the story. Just three weeks ago, Brady denied having a baby on board, claiming his son with Bridget Moynahan was plenty.

"One [kid] is enough," he said. "I've got dogs. That's all I need."

One thing the New England Patriot may need to invest in some water wings...

OK, yes, we know Gisele Bündchen and her hubby, Tom Brady, have denied recent rumors of a potential bun in the oven.

But seeing the Brazilian beauty strut her stuff during Fashion Week in São Paulo Wednesday with what looks to be a bit of a bump certainly got us talking around here.

Sure, it may very well be the way that dress hangs or simply the result of too much feijoada the night before. But given how Gisele has expressed her desire for a big family in the past, we can't help but hope for a little Bündchen-Brady baby someday soon.

So is this just wishful thinking on our part, or is this supermodel about to become a model mom?

Gisele Bündchen is certainly sitting pretty.

The Brazilian beauty raked in about $25 million over the past 12 months to top Forbes magazine's list of the world's top-earning models.

Hmmm, maybe now Tom Brady will change his whole "one is enough" tune and actually let his wife have that big family she's always wanted. Then again, when there's that much money to be made...

As for some of the other lovely ladies strutting all the way to the bank, there's Project Runway's hottie of a host, Heidi Klum, who earned $16 million to place second; soon-to-be MILF Adriana Lima coming in fourth with $8 million; and Orlando Bloom's babe, Miranda Kerr, sashaying into the eighth spot with $3 million.

Not making the top 10? Bar Refaeli. Of course, Gisele may soon have to start watching her bronzed back if Leo DiCaprio's gal continues landing work doing this and this.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bünchen have offered yet another edition of their now patented are-they-or-aren't-they spin cycle.

In case you forgot, the pair took us through several rounds of engaged, but then not, and then went ahead and got married, not once, but twice! Our heads are still spinning.

Last week, RadarOnline reported that the megamodel had a sure-to-be-stunning bun in her oven. Now, the couple is squashing the tot tale.

"One is enough," Brady told the Boston Herald after practice today. "I've got dogs. That's all I need."

We're assuming he meant all he needs with Bünchen specifically. The New England Patriot has a 22-month-old son, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. The Brazilian beauty has said that she feels Jack is 100 percent her child.

Costa Rican officials are investigating why, if there was no ceremonial glass-breaking during Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's Saturday nuptials, there were so many shards to pick up afterward.

The Central American nation's Judicial Investigation Agency is looking into the alleged shooting in response to an official complaint filed Monday.

Brady's camp has denied any knowledge of how a few of the security guards patrolling the perimeter of their wedding at Gisele's beachfront home ended up firing shots at two photographers, blowing out the rear window of a parked SUV in the process. No injuries were reported.

The photographers involved were Yuri Cortes of Agence France-Presse and Rolando Aviles of Costa Rica's Al Dia newspaper, who told the New York Post that they narrowly escaped the gunfire following a run-in with the bodyguards and a few members of the wedding party.

Second time's the charm... or if you're Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, the second time is paradise.

The Brazilian bombshell and the Superbowl-winning quarterback tied the knot a second time at Gisele's home in Costa Rica yesterday evening, according to People.

About 25 family members and friends attended Saturday's sunset nuptials, including Brady's 18-month-old son, Jack.

The bride, 28, wore a long designer gown with a 10-foot-long veil and carried a bouquet of white orchids. The groom, 31, wore a gray jacket and vest with white pants.

The ceremony capped off a three-day pre-wedding celebration, which included dinners, surfing and soaking in the South American sun.

The couple first exchanged vows in a quiet ceremony in February in California.
