Kevin Federline: How He's Trying to Lose the Weight
Kevin Federline is in therapy.
He has no choice. It's part of the regimen he's being put through as a competitor on the upcoming seventh season of Celebrity Fit Club.
High School Musical star KayCee Stroh, who is also competing on the weight-loss reality show, says everyone also has to keep a daily journal.
Even so, the former Mr. Britney Spears has yet to break down in front of anyone because...
Is There Any Real Dirt on Selena Gomez?
How come everybody seems to love Selena Gomez? You can't go anywhere to look for dirt on this girl.
—Andre H.G., via the Answer B!tch inbox
And thus the circle was squared: Your second sentence essentially answers—or at least partially answers—your question.
Tweens love Selena Gomez because—aside from her hit show (Wizards of Waverly Place, people) and music, of course—she offers just enough bubblegum intrigue to reel you in without grossing you out.
This is not Britney Spears, with her icky bare feet traipsing in and out of public bathrooms, and her erstwhile bald head leering into a paparazzi lens, and her stripper poles, and her...ew. Britney is too much for that crowd. Tweenies just want to watch some TV and, um, hear a cool song, and pretend that their favorite stars are engaged in feuds.
Nobody—except for maybe Demi Lovato or Miley Cyrus—provides a better canvas for that kind of pink sparkly unicorn fantasy.
Exactly what is Selena's magic formula? Well...
Zac Efron Thinks High School Musical Is Boring
It has been far too long since we've seen Zac Efron's adorable mug on the cover of a magazine.
And, while the poses in Nylon Guys aren't exactly his most original—we've seen the High School Musical hottie's plaid shirts and downward glances plenty of times—they are an adorable way to start your Friday nonetheless.
Still, now that he's promoting a grown-up movie with Me and Orson Welles, he's subtly dissing the fluffy flicks that catapulted him into our hearts.
"It's the first time I've ever watched a movie [that I'm in] and in the end, I'm like, 'OK, I didn't check my watch once,"' he tells the "not for girls" mag (as if putting Zac on the cover is going to dissuade us).
He also blames our supposedly bad taste in music on celebrity albums, which is ironic given that Ashley Tisdale and his GF, Vanessa Hudgens, could be accused of releasing such musical monstrosities.
"If anyone asked themselves [if celebrity albums are necessary], then we wouldn't have the crap we are listening to today," he says.
Zac also claims he's not that into seeing his face on lunchboxes and that his parents found his singing "annoying" growing up.
Seriously, though, he's so cute, does it even matter what he says?

Fashion Police: Too Much Sporty, Not Enough Spice!
Sit down for a second, Ashley Tisdale, and listen up. There comes a time in a young celebrity's life when she has to make tough choices, and at the Fame premiere in L.A. last night, you made the wrong one.
A skimpy, Pepto pink jumper with superstrappy black heels? Oh girl, it's weirdly sporty—there's too much skin and not enough glamour. You're walking the red carpet, not doing laps!
Hey, don't cry—you'll get past this, Tiz!
Every Disney starlet goes through an awkward phase, where they try to shed their middle school pedal pushers and slink into a sexier, more adult look—just don't be like Vanessa and take pictures in between!
Our advice: Crank up the glitter a little bit and stay out of the Juniors sporting section, 'K?

Vanessa Hudgens Really Wants to Grow Up and Forget Naked Pictures
It's hard out there for a High School Musical alum. Just ask Vanessa Hudgens, who spends the majority of her October Allure cover story begging everyone to treat her like a grown-up.
"People think of me as the High School Musical girl," she laments. "There's nothing wrong with that. My character was a great role model, but I get so bored doing the same thing. I want to grow like everybody else."
And she is determined to accomplish this, whether it be naked pictures (we'll talk more about those in a minute) or playing a prostitute in Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch. "It totally is my Angelina Jolie part," she said of the role. "I get to run around with guns and fight big men."
It's not just Angelina's career the 20-year-old wants to emulate...

Zac Efron: A Novel Idea for a Movie?
Zac Efron may be spinning into a theater near you.
I just got word that the 17 Again heartthrob's peeps are taking a look at turning first-time author Robert Rave's debut novel, Spin, into a feature film.
No deals have been made, but Efron would star as Taylor Green, a recent college grad from the Midwest who works for one of New York City's most wretched publicists. Think The Devil Wears Prada in the world of public relations...

Hudgens: The Real Story on Latest Nude Pics
Didn't Vanessa Hudgens learn her lesson about taking naked photos of herself with a camera phone?
With another batch of racy pics of the 20-year-old High School Musical star hitting the web today, Ms. Hudgens finds herself facing Nudie Controversy 2.0
While her camp is staying mum, sources confirm to me that it's definitely Hudgens in the pics.
However, I'm also told they're nothing new…
Janet Jackson, Jamie Foxx Lead Michael Jackson Tribute at BET Awards
Rather than mourn Michael Jackson's death, the celebrities who took to the stage at the 2009 BET awards celebrated the memory of the King of Pop with pumped-up performances, heartfelt words and a surprise appearance by the star's own sister, Janet Jackson.
The Shrine Auditorium ceremony kicked off with a tribute to young Michael, as '80's idols New Edition dressed up in funky '70s-era clothes to sing the Jackson 5's "ABC" and "The Love You Save."
Host Jamie Foxx emerged wearing an outfit reminiscent of Michael Jackson's famous "Beat It" video gear: a red leather jacket, cropped black pants, high white socks and black loafers. The Oscar winner then performed a dance sequence from Jackson's video, moonwalking (and stumbling) across the stage to honor the pop superstar.
"We are here for the greatest. There's no need to be sad," said Foxx to a star-studded audience that included Diddy, Tyra Banks and Lil' Wayne.
Other notable performances included Beyoncé's costume-changing medley of "Ave Maria" and Sarah McLachlan's "Angel," Ciara's take on Jackson's "Heal the World" and Queen Latifah's duet with Mary Mary on the gospel duo's "God in Me."
And in keeping with the night's positive vibe, Alicia Keys and Wyclef Jean both received humanitarian awards for their charitable works.
Tributes to the late star continued throughout the night, and Joe Jackson shed a tear in the audience after Ne-Yo's performance of the King of Pop's "Lady in My Life."
As the awards came to an end, Janet Jackson surprised the crowd by taking the stage to give thanks to fans for their support in the wake of her brother's death.
"My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was just too painful, so they elected me to be here," Jackson said. "I'd just like to say, to you, Michael is an icon, to us, Michael is family. And he will forever live in all of our hearts. On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all of your love, thank you for all of your support. We miss him so much."
After she left the stage, Foxx and Ne-Yo closed the show with the Jackson 5's "I'll Be There."
