Has Holly Madison landed herself a new man?  

It certainly looked that way last night as she cozied up to Rob Dyrdek of MTV's Rob and Big at new Hollywood hot spot East.

The two were sitting together at a back table in the restaurant. Although they were with a big group enjoying sake shots and cocktails, they only had eyes for each other.

"They were very much in their own world and not paying attention to their surroundings," an eyewitness tells E! News of the duo, who were first spotted together at XS in Vegas a few weeks ago.

After spending time with her former boyfriend Hef at Playboy's Playmate of the Year party at the Palms Saturday night, the Girl Next Door was spotted getting cozy with Russell Brand.

The duo dined at P. Diddy's table at Tao, where Jay-Z was hosting a fight-night party.

"Russell and Holly were flirting with each other all night," a source says.

This wouldn't be Holly's first Vegas hookup...

After Hef shot down reports yesterday that he wants to get back together with ex-girlfriend Holly, she says she's got no interest in rekindling their romance, either.

Just because Holly Madison split up with her Vegas magician, Criss Angel, doesn't mean she's staying out of Sin City.

On Saturday night, Holly took a break from Dancing With the Stars rehearsals to host a party at Privé.

The former Girl Next Door made a fashionably late entrance, arriving at 11:30 p.m. to the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Resort and posing for pics with fans before heading to her VIP table.

Once she was settled, Holly drank vodka and Red Bull while hanging out with her girlfriends.

Holly Madison's already moved out of the Mansion, and now she's moving on from her job as a photo editor for Playboy.

She took to her MySpace blog last night to announce that she quit her job, not only because it was "awkward," but also because she's moved to Las Vegas (presumably to be closer to boyfriend Criss Angel).

Holly also says working for Playboy became "routine."

"After two years of it, I no longer found it challenging," she blogged, adding that it was not a fake job.

"If I had wanted a fake career for Girls Next Door, I would have stuck with the jewelry line because that required very little of my time. I spent way more than full time directing shoots, editing, making mock layouts and approving retouching."

So now that Kendra Wilkinson's getting her own reality series and Bridget Marquardt's hosting a travel show, what job should Holly take next? Sound off below!

LAX Nightclub

Holly Madison and Criss Angel are doing everything together these days...even throwing joint birthday parties.

The day after the duo hit Disneyland in California for some good clean fun, they headed back to Sin City Friday for their double birthday bash at LAX. Criss turned 40 Friday night, while Holly celebrates her 29th Dec. 23.

The couple brought along 50 of their closest friends, including Holly's former Playboy Mansion roomie Bridget Marquardt, though Hef was not in attendance as Holly and Criss blew out the candles on their shared cake, complete with sparklers.

And sounds like they're already feeling the Christmas spirit...after getting on the mic to thank fans for coming to the party, they had $100 bills rain on the partygoers below.

Holly Madison may have left Criss Angel behind in Sin City after last weekend, but it looks like she took a souvenir home with her: a hickey!

When cameras caught up with the Girls Next Door star at the Burbank Airport en route to see her magic man yet again, she copped to having a love bite courtesy of Criss.

She also added that although she's moved out of the Mansion and is living in her own condo, she talks to Hef constantly. "I just talked to him today!" she tells paps.

But what would he say about those hickeys, hmmm?

Now that Holly Madison and Criss Angel aren't hiding their rumored romance anymore, the two are scheduling more quality time together.

Although Holly attended Hef's annual blowout at the Mansion last week, she spent Halloween in Sin City with her new man at the gala opening of his new show, Believe.

While she left Sunday after spending the weekend in Sin City, it seems Hef's former best girl just can't get enough of Criss.

"She left to go back to L.A. but is coming back Tuesday to spend some more time with him," a source tells E! News. "You can definitely say they are official."
