After being spotted at the Chateau Marmont Friday night, where he gave an impromptu acoustic peformance, her rep insisted they were having dinner separately with friends.

But just last night, we spotted the two arriving at the Fulfillment Fund Stars Gala at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Mayer, who was scheduled to perform, hit the benefit nearly 45 minutes late—with Jones just steps behind him.

Last night she first hit Nobu West Hollywood with her sister Nicky for some sushi before heading to MyHouse, where soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo was also hanging.

"When the two noticed each other they waved hi and then spent the rest of the night sitting side by side at the owners' table, where Paris was originally seated," a source tells E! of the two. "Ronaldo's group continued to order champagne and even sprayed the crowd with it at one point."
