Kim Kardashian is turning 30, but it wasn't her age that was slowing her down last night during her birthday bash at Tao Las Vegas!
The sexy E! star cut herself with her silver, spiked Louboutins on her way to the party...
"I accidentally spiked myself and cut my own foot. It was bleeding and I had to stop and clean it up!" the fashion victim told me last night.
But Kim was ready to party through her pain as she celebrated a major milestone: hitting the 3-0!
"It's nervewracking because now when someone says 'How old are you?' I have to say 30. It scares me a little bit," Kim admitted. "But I do feel accomplished, and I feel like I've gotten a lot done before 30. I feel good!"
She's also feeling good about those naked pictures in W magazine.
"Being naked is always really vulnerable and scary," the reality star told me, adding that the silver body paint was "freezing" but worth it. "I loved how the images turned out!"
The Kardashian ladies left their men at home for their big Vegas bash and brought along camera crews for Keeping Up With the Kardashians to capture all the fun. Trina and Kelly Rowland also joined the birthday girl inside Tao.
Before giving a toast to the eager crowd, the Kardashian girls dropped dollar bills from their balcony. And even the usually nonimbibing Kim was ready to throw back the cocktails!
"The festivities have started! One white russian coming up! Hmm who can I drunk dial tonight?" she tweeted.
