All play, no work, makes Jon Gosselin a dull boy.

The newly-single 32-year-old Jon & Kate Plus 8 star may be in St. Tropez with his 23-year-old gal pal, Hailey Glassman, but that doesn't mean the trip is all fun and games.

Well, maybe it still does.

The happy, hand-holding couple was spotted Saturday spending time aboard Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier's yacht and, while much has been speculated about the reality patriarch working for the Frenchman, only E! News knows exactly what they've been discussing...

Speidi Week Continues With Shocking Playboy Promises

With the wedding, the singing and the swine flu mask pics, you probably the media-sucking Speidi couldn't be more overexposed.

Think again.

A source close to the negotiations tells E! News that, not only is Heidi Montag going to bare her bod soul for Playboy, but she'll be the July/August covergirl.

Sadly, Mrs. Spencer Pratt's R-rated areas, including her Hills, will be kept under wraps. Although she will be scantily-clad, she will be covering the "necessary parts," the insiders says.

In case you're among the five people who pick up the lad mag "for the articles," the reality television duo will score a feature story as well.

A rep for Playboy tells E! News, "We're not commenting." Speidi's rep, Rick Rhodes, declined to comment as well.

Chad Lowe and Lady Love Expecting

Hilary Swank may have two Oscars, but ex-husband Chad Lowe is about to receive a little man (or woman) of his own.

The 41-year-old Life Goes On actor is expecting his first child with girlfriend Kim Painter. The baby is due in May.

"I am thrilled for them," the mom-to-be's father, Jack Painter, tells E! News. He admits his daughter has shared with him the baby's sex, "but you're not going to find out unless she tells you."

Lowe and Painter began dating in January 2006, one year after he and Swank announced their separation.

Hayden Panettiere's Papa Cops Plea in Battery Case

Hayden Panettiere's dad may not be a hero, but at least he can take the fall.

In a Beverly Hills courtroom on Tuesday, Alan Panettiere pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge for allegedly hitting wife Lesley following a party in August.

According to the D.A.'s office, Papa P received two years of probation and must pay $520 in fines. He'll also have 30 days to enroll in a year-long domestic violence treatment program and attend counseling sessions.

The court also issued a protective order requiring that Panettiere not "use force or violence…annoy, harass or molest any person or witness involved in this case, especially Lesley Panettiere or injure her property."

Alan Panettiere is set to return to court on July 30 for a progress report.

Paris Hilton Gets a (Computer) Virus

It was bound to happen sometime.

Paris Hilton caught a virus.

Quiet your dirty minds, though. The heiress' website was hacked recently, exposing fans to a variety of dangerous viruses…computer viruses.

"Some parts of Paris Hilton's website were infected with malware, a nasty bit of viruses and spyware that can try to access your computer and get bank records and credit card numbers," Garry Scott, a spokesman for computer safety consultant ScanSafe, tells E! News.

"This is not the first time she's had these problems due to her high profile."
