Burglar Bunch's Alleged Ringleader Won't Fess Up Just Yet

One of the alleged ringleaders of the so-called burglar bunch just stole bought himself some time.

While Nicholas Prugo was expected to enter a plea for his role in the A-list thefts in court this morning, he instead was granted a postponement to his arraignment, and will now 'fess up—or, in his case, not fess up—on Dec. 2.

Prugo's attorney, Sean G. Erenstoft, told E! News that the 18-year-old will plead not guilty to the host of felony charges he faces for his role in allegedly ripping off Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom, Megan Fox and others.

And while he's keen to promote his client's innocence, he requested the delay to ensure that Prugo—now out on $100,000 bail—will be the last of the suspects to enter a plea, a move he hopes will help distance the teen from his alleged coconspirators.

"Sometimes when your accuser has a Fifth Amendment right to remain silent, you have a conflict," Erenstoft said, insisting that Prugo's rights were breached last week with the accidental release of what should have been a sealed affidavit in the case. In the document, Prugo wasn't shy about detailing the burglaries and otherwise pointing fingers at his pals.

Warrants Show Hollywood's Burglar Bunch Made Out Like Bandits

Crime may not pay, but it sure can comp you some priceless merchandise. Until you're caught, that is.

According to newly released documents detailing the spoils of the search warrants targeting the celeb-obsessed pals who allegedly ripped off Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Megan Fox, Rachel Bilson, Audrina Patridge, Ashley Tisdale and Brian Austin Green, the so-called Hollywood Burglar Bunch certainly knew how to get the most out of their home invasions.

Police managed to recover all manner of jewelry, designer goods and, as no ill-thought-out crime ring is complete without them, drugs and guns. The goods were retrieved in raids carried out Oct. 22.

Now get a load of this haul:

Good thing the Los Angeles Police Department isn't as sensitive to awkward topics as Lindsay Lohan is.

Adding to the ever-growing list of celebrity victims of the bizarre student burglar ring, the LAPD announced that Ashley Tisdale, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were the latest stars to have their home heists linked to the fashion-forward hooligans.

They're in such fine company as the celebrity victims previously identified: Lohan, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Rachel Bilson and Audrina Patridge. Investigators say the suspects hit at least 10 residences, two of whom were not famous (just apparently in possession of a killer wardrobe).

"The celebrities had a couple of things in common," Officer Brett Goodkin said. "That they were celebrities, it was easy to find out where they live via the internet, and that none of the celebrities knew any of the suspects in this crime."

Despite reports that recent burglaries of Kourtney Kardashian and Stephanie Pratt's homes were perpetrated by the same gang, police said there wasn't enough evidence to connect the crimes.

Police are already working to get the stolen goods back, having succeeded in Hilton's case. (Thus answering the question of what, exactly, you get the girl who has everything: her stuff back.)

Amy Ryan Welcomes an Office Baby

Just because your birth doesn't come complete with a cover shot bidding war or heralded in a gun-jumping Twitter frenzy, that's no reason to feel insecure about your adorableness.

Besides, it's not every baby that can boast one degree of separation from Michael Scott. (Sorry, Sparrow.)

Which is why we're pleased to offer some column inches and congratulations to The Office's Amy Ryan and her fiancé, comedy writer Eric Slovin, who welcomed their first child last week.

Publicist Carrie Gordon confirmed to E! News that the Oscar-nominated actress delivered Georgia Gracie Slovin in New York City on Oct. 15.

Looks like it's gone, baby bump, gone.

Finally! Conrad Murray ThisClose to Arrest!

OK, so it has nothing to do with Michael Jackson, but still, we'll take whatever developments we can get at this point.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the man investigators are (very, very slowly) closing in on in the King of Pop's death, found himself wanted for an entirely different reason this morning.

The Las Vegas District Attorney's Office confirms to E! News that a bench warrant for Murray's arrest has been recommended to the court after the not-so-good doctor failed to show up for a child-support hearing yesterday.

Murray was expected to appear in Clark County Court to answer why he hasn't paid some $13,000 in back payments to baby-mama Nenita Malibiran. Where he was instead is anybody's guess.

Still, continuing his surely waning lucky streak of charges not quite sticking to him, no warrant has been issued against him...yet.

Christina Milian Makes Like Britney

Christina Milian isn't just living the dream. She married The-Dream.

The R&B songbird and the hip-hop music producer tied the knot in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas last Thursday at exactly 12 a.m., per the marriage certificate filed in Clark County and obtained by E! News.

The couple reportedly tied the knot in the infamous Little White Wedding Chapel, the same location of Britney Spears' ill-fated, blink-and-you-missed-it marriage to Jason "Not from Seinfeld" Alexander (in retrospect, possibly the lesser of her vow-swapping disasters).

As for Milian, whose real name is Christina Flores, she and The-Dream, real name Terius Youngdell Nash, confirmed back in July that they were engaged, though said at the time that while they wanted to keep their wedding private, they nonetheless wanted it chock full of friends and family.

Whether any of those friends and family members ended up ultimately making the guest list cut remains unclear. Then again, what do you expect from a bride who dubbed her next album Elope?

La Toya: Jacksons "Doing the Best That We Can"

With so much focus on the state of the investigation into Michael Jackson's death (still expanding), his autopsy (delayed indefinitely) and burial (not yet interred), the spotlight has slowly moved away from the Jackson family.

Which is not to discount the yeoman work of whoever helped muzzle Papa Joe.

But La Toya Jackson told E! News today that the family is continuing to quietly work through their grief.

"We're doing the best that we can," she said while working at AIDS Project Los Angeles, a long-favored cause of the King of Pop.

"Everyone has just been going through what they're going through at the moment. It's a very trying time for all of us."

As for her newfound goodwill—in addition to volunteering at APLA, all proceeds from her new single, "Home," will be donated to the organization—she credits Michael's influence.

"It means a lot to me because as you all know, my brother has given to so many organizations, and this is one of the organizations he's been giving to for over 10 years."

The King of Pop is about to become a movie star.

The judge hearing the execution of Michael Jackson's estate got the chance to play studio exec today, effectively greenlighting This Is It by signing off on a deal allowing Columbia Pictures to turn AEG's footage of the singer's comeback rehearsals (and, as it happens, final days) into a feature-length film.

The film, for which Columbia wasted no time setting the Thrillerific release date of Oct. 30, was approved after "very aggressive" negotiations.

Katherine Jackson and the attorneys for the estate, John McClain and John Branca, agreed to the deal on Friday. Per the terms, Columbia will pony up $60 million for rights to the footage of his London prep work.

To sweeten the pot, AEG promised that 90 percent of the film profits would be funneled back into the estate.

LAPD Makes Undercover House Call to Jackson Doc

The Los Angeles Police Department is turning up the heat on their investigation into Michael Jackson's untimely death—by actually packing heat for what was supposed to be another meeting with Dr. Conrad Murray.

It's unclear, however, if cops ever actually made contact with the doctor, who, his lawyer insists, has been cleared as a suspect in Jackson's death.

Police activity continued outside Murray's L.A.-area condo for nearly an hour and a half this morning.

Around 10:30 a.m., armed police detectives arrived at Murray's building in an unmarked gold-colored sedan. The vehicle, driven by a man in a red shirt and aviator sunglasses, pulled into the underground parking garage, but left several minutes and circled the block.
