Jennifer Aniston hit her favorite Hollywood hot spot this week, the bar at the Sunset Tower Hotel, where she met up with a male friend for—gasp!—french fries!

Wearing jeans, a tank top and a scarf, the svelte actress ordered regular fries while her male companion opted for the truffle ones. "She was dressed cool and looked very cute," an eyewitness tells E! News "It looked like a friendly meeting, nothing romantic."

Aw, nice to know Jen really is a normal gal after all, even when the cameras are off, and especially when the mags are laden with "Stars Eat Like Us!" spreads full of pin-thin chicks sipping milkshakes for the paparazzi.

The world simply cannot go on if Jennifer Aniston is single.

Since she's not really dating her Bounty costar Gerard Butler anymore—was she ever?—it's time to assume the 41-year-old is ready to go backwards and rekindle her romance with John Mayer.

If the new cover of OK! magazine is to be believed, she's confirmed "He's Mine!" and they're totally back to being "full-time lovers." And she got the 31-year-old "Who Says" singer back by doing exactly what any dating guru (or six-year-old) would advise: by playing hard to get.

The mag even claims to two are plotting a baby, because what would a Jen Aniston story be without the pitter-patter of tiny feet?

Revelations of the reunion of the crooner and the cougar aren't new. People and Us have quoted sources calling them "great friends," but reported recent hotel stays in the same breath.

We loved Jennifer Aniston on Friends. We love her in movies, even ones we aren''t supposed to love. (Rumor Has It…? Not so bad!) But most of all, we love to feel sorry for her. 

Is this because she's pitiable? Or because she is, by her own admission, a "dirty fight[er]?"

Jennifer Aniston and Chelsea Handler have a shared passion.

The Love Happens star revealed this Thursday during her appeance on Chelsea Lately. But first, the pair also found they share a mutual dislike: Pesky paparazzi.

"It's a horrible feeling, they ambush you," Aniston told Chelsea of her experience with the photogs, who camped outside the Chelsea Lately studio awaiting Aniston's arrival since the early morning hours. 

And what do they both adore? Vodka. 

Aniston revealed it's her drink of choice, because "it has no sugar" and helps her keep her figure.

Jennifer Aniston just can't win.

In an interview airing tonight, Aniston tells Daily 10's Ben Lyons that even in her most recent spread with Elle magazine—that's the one where her own best friend and producing partner conducted the interview—the gist of the article was off-base.

"It's just their headline of 'Lonely Girl' that's sort of bullshit," Aniston says.  "I agreed to do it because how many times have I done an interview—every time—and you're misquoted and stupid sound bites get taken out of context and all of that….still happened with this. It's unavoidable."

Still, the star keeps an optimistic outlook.

"I'm not upset about it," she says. "I just find it funny."
