While watching this first look at the upcoming romantic comedy Valentine's Day, we were trying to figure out who isn't in it.

After all, the ensemble cast is quite the laundry list, including the likes of Jennifer Garner, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts, Patrick Dempsey, both Jessica Biel and Alba, as well as Ashton Kutcher, who obviously managed to stop twittering long enough to take part.

And while the trailer itself doesn't really reveal much in the way of storyline (it is just a teaser, after all), what little it does show seems mildly amusing and pretty harmless.

The movie hits theaters in February 2010. Just in time for, well, you know.

Jennifer Garner is up at the Toronto Film Festival promoting her new movie, The Invention of Lying. With a title like that, one question is obvious: Do you ever tell lies?

And imagine that! She does.

Especially to her children, although Violet is beginning to suspect mermaids aren't real...

But Garner's husband, Ben Affleck, does not abide by little white lies. Sure, they might speed up his wife's getting-ready process, but if that means Jen looking fat in her jeans, he will intervene.

What a nice husband.

Star-studded doesn't even begin to cover it.

New Line has recruited a veritable who's-who of Hollywood to star in the Garry Marshall-directed rom-com Valentine's Day.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Marshall will reteam with his erstwhile Pretty Woman, Julia Roberts, along with an ensemble that includes Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher and Shirley MacLaine.

The film will follow five overlapping stories and all take place on Hallmark's Cupid's holiday in Los Angeles.

Some of the storylines already penciled in for the big-screen bonanza: Roberts plays an Army officer on leave from Iraq who strikes up a conversation with Cooper, whose boyfriend is a closeted football player; Kutcher owns a flower shop and plans on proposing to girlfriend Alba, only to discover he's in love with best pal Garner; Hathaway is an agent's assistant who's dating the mail boy; and Biel tries her hand as an unlucky-in-love publicist.

As if that weren't enough star power for you, Ryan Gosling, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz, Dermot Mulroney, Simon Baker, Joss Stone, Kevin Costner, Nathan Lane, Bebe Neuwirth and Michael Madsen round out the day's castings...

Jennifer Garner isn't a starter wife, but she's now the mistress of a very large family home.

The actress and hubby Ben Affleck have snatched über-producer Brian Grazer's Pacific Palisades mansion off the market for the reported bargain price of...less than $20 million, E! News has learned.

The nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom house sitting on an acre of land in the tony Southern California community was originally listed for $27 million, and at some point the asking price was lowered to $24 million.

According to a source, the hard-bargain-driving Affleck family inquired about buying the existing furniture as well as the walls around it, but the insider couldn't confirm that the additional transaction had taken place.

Regardless, Affleck and Garner's princessian daughters, 3-year-old Violet and 4-month-old Seraphina Rose, should have plenty of space to roam. Their new playground boasts a gym and a pool, plus a billiards room, crafts room, screening room, and two-bedroom guest suite.

Jennifer Garner's nursery is abloom with more than Violet.

The Catch and Release star and hubby Ben Affleck have welcomed their second daughter, Afflecks rep confirmed to E! News Tuesday.

Bennifer 2.0's new addition joins 3-year-old sister Violet in the running to be the most photographed child of the 21st century. (For more spotlight-stealing spawn, check out our Cutest Celebrity Kids gallery.)

No other details were available, but Garner's rep told People: "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl."

Jennifer Garner may be starting off the new year with a bang and a push.

The ready-to-pop actress, accompanied by doting hubby Ben Affleck, arrived at Cedars Sinai Medical Center this morning for reasons unknown. (But judging by the size of her stomach and duration of her pregnancy, it's enough to set off the storkwatch.)

As always, Team Affleck kept mum on the morning visit, prefering to maintain some semblance of privacy about the impending birth of their second child.

While Garner has at least appeared to be on the verge of popping for several weeks now, her pregnancy was only confirmed, barely, back in August.

Whenever the delivery, it will mark the second child for the couple, who are already proud parents of 3-year-old daughter Violet.

Looks like Jennifer Garner won't be needing another alias after all.

The actress was granted a permanent restraining order against a fan she described as "obsessive and harassing" in Los Angeles Superior Court this morning, preventing Steven Burky from coming into contact with either Garner or her burgeoning family for three years.

Under the terms of the new order, the 36-year-old Burky, who Garner claims has been stalking her since at least 2002, must stay 100 yards away from Garner, world-saving hubby Ben Affleck and their 2-year-old daughter, Violet.

The alleged stalker is also prohibited from going near the couple's home, Violet's school or Garner's place of work and lasts through Nov. 20, 2011.
