Justin Timberlake has just one thing to say to the alleged stalker who wants to get close to him:

Cry me a river.

A judge granted Timberlake a permanent (aka three-year) restraining order against Karen McNeil, who was arrested on the singer's property Oct. 22, having brought a cab full of her belongings along with her.

After a short wait-and-see period for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham to decide whether or not Timberlake should have to testify in person, the court decided a signed declaration would be enough.

"He had been originally ordered in, but his lawyer argued that that was exactly what the defendant wanted, to get close to him," court spokeswoman Vania Steulp told E! News.

We interrupt our reporting of Justin Timberlake's love life to bring you this: he's got a new Boo-Boo.

The former 'N Syncer is lending his vaunted pipes to an upcoming movie based on Jellystone's favorite ursine picnic-snatcher, Yogi Bear. Timberlake would play sidekick to Dan Aykroyd's smarter-than-the-average-bear main character, in the live-action, CGI hybrid from Warners, Variety reports. Anna Faris would star as a flesh-and-blood filmmaker working on a nature documentary.

Production on Yogi Bear is expected to get rolling in New Zealand next month.

Now here's a woman Justin Timberlake is definitely not into.

The Grammy winner obtained a restraining order today against one Karen McNeil, whom Timberlake's camp says has been treating herself to cab rides to his front door, E! News confirmed.

She showed up Thursday and wouldn't leave, resulting in her arrest when JT's staff called the cops.

Authorities brought her to a local hospital to get checked out, with doctors determining that McNeil did not qualify for a 5150 (danger to herself or others) psychiatric hold. She was released from custody today.

But this isn't the first time McNeil has let her fan flag fly way too high: The L.A. District Attorney's Office confirmed to E! News that she pleaded no contest to two counts of disobeying a court order in 1997. Reports from that time say she violated an order of protection granted to Axl Rose.

There's certainly been a lot of talk lately about Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's relationship.

You know, things like, are they still an item? Is he hooking up with Rihanna? What's up with him partying solo? Heck, even J.T.'s mom is chiming in.

So, naturally, we feel compelled to continue watching their every move because, well, we've come this far, why stop now?

Our latest sighting of the couple took place Wednesday in Vancouver, and we couldn't help but notice that they both looked a bit melancholy, which, of course, got us to once again wonder whether there is in fact trouble in paradise.

On second thought, that chill in the air we're sensing might simply be for us.

Well, they've already got the theme song.

Jessica Biel, along with rapper Lupe Fiasco and singer Kenna, will embark on a trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro this January as part of Summit on the Summit, an effort to raise global awareness about clean water crisis—namely, that 1 billion people worldwide do not have access to clean, safe drinking water.

Likely along for the climb will be Justin Timberlake, though his name has not formally been connected to the hike just yet. But last spring, the newly crowned Emmy winner gabbed about a strikingly similar project he had, at least back then, in the works.

"I've been training four times a week to get my VO2 [oxygen consumption] levels up to expand my lungs," he told GQ. "We'll climb for a week straight, carrying 30 pounds on our backs. It's going to be intense."

Kenna, who organized the trip and cited the near-death-by-waterborne-disease of his father as his inspiration, said that more celebrity participants will be announced in the coming months.

The climb begins in January, with a countdown on the official site ticking down the just over 104 days until the team begins its ascent.
