Spoiler Chat: Grey's Anatomy's Kevin McKidd Dishes on (And Defends!) "Love Triangle"

Greys Anatomy, Kim Raver, Kevin McKidd ABC/Randy Holmes

Cristina hates her. With a passion. And so far, it seems that some of you fans do too.

Ever since Kim Raver (whom Cristina named "Desert Storm Barbie") was introduced on Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy, our inbox has overflowed with messages from fans wanting to know what's next for their favorite couple, Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd), now that Kim's character, Dr. Teddy Altman, is in the mix.

Well, we just talked to Kevin himself, and he admits that he, too, was concerned at first about the triangle, but he warmed up to it, and tells you fans why you might want to keep an open mind.

Oh, and if you want to know what's next for Glee (Christmas song!), Vampire Diaries (is Stefan really gone?) or Desperate Housewives (who won't die?), we have that too.

It's all in our latest roundup of exclusive TV scoop...

Alex in Rhode Island: Please don't tell me Kim Raver is sticking around long on Grey's Anatomy!

Legend of the Seeker Stars Spill on the New Season's Supersexy Love Triangle

Legend of the Seeker, Bridget Regan, Craig Horner ABC STUDIOS/KRISTY GRIFFIN

Legend of the Seeker, a syndicated fantasy series you may never have heard of but that's actually pretty darn entertaining, returns this weekend for a swashbuckling second season.

We just caught up with series stars Bridget Regan and Craig Horner to learn what we can expect for Mother Confessor Kahlan Amnell and Seeker of Truth Richard Cypher in the new episodes. (Psst...if you're not familiar with the show, please don't be put off by the fancy nomenclature derived from the Sword of Truth books on which the series is based. Mother Confessor just means "superhot nun with fighting skills" and a Seeker of Truth is, more or less, a noble knight in a shining armor. You've met their like before.)

So, what is to come in season two? We heard tell of leather-clad bad girls, jealous wenches and some sexy body-swapping...

Check Out the First Official Photo of Charisma Carpenter on Legend of the Seeker!

Legend of the Seeker, Charisma Carpenter ABC

Charisma Carpenter looks pretty good in skintight leather, doesn't she? The former Buffy and Angel star appears on the Nov. 7 season premiere of the syndicated cult hit Legend of the Seeker, and we've got the exclusive first promo still!

Carpenter plays Triana, one of the feisty Mord-Sith warrior women who regularly make Richard Cypher's life miserable—when they're not trying to sex him up, that is.

Look for season two to go heavy on the superhot sci-fi ladies. In addition to Carpenter, Tabrett Bethell joins the cast as Mord-Sith, sister-friend Cara, a new regular character with designs on the Seeker, and Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights) guest stars as a Confessor who gets between Richard and Kahlan (Bridget Regan)

We know you're all still recovering from the announcement that Friday Night Lights won't be back for what seems like forever. But we do have some good news related to a favorite FNL castmember: We ran into FNL's Aimee Teegarden (who plays precocious young thing Julie Taylor) at NBC's Television Critics Association party, and while she couldn't tell us much about what's to come in Dillon, Texas, she did spill on some other exciting news.

"I'm going to New Zealand on Saturday to shoot a show called Legend of the Seeker," Teegarden told us exclusively. "It's a crazy-long episode. A lot goes on. My character ruins a lot of things, but she doesn't really mean to."

Who is this mystery character? Keep reading to learn more about Aimee's feisty character and what she does to Richard and Kahlan's relationship:
