Ouch! Why Is Twilight Star Kellan Lutz So Sore?

Let's hope director David Slade isn't being too rough with the Twilight cast up in Vancouver.

As my pals over at the Awful Truth already told ya, Ashley Greene says her body is in "shambles" from all the fight and stunt training she's been enduring in preparation for the Eclipse shoot.

When I caught up with Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone at the Teen Choice Awards, they also shared about their physical pain...

"It's complete muscle exhaustion," said Rathbone, who also has been spending hours taking horseback riding lessons.

"There are group sessions and one-on-ones because each of the vampires have different strengths," muscled hunkster Lutz said. "We're so sore."

Meanwhile, an obvious Twilight no-show at the Teen Choice Awards was Rachelle Lefevre.

"It was sad to see a family member go," Justin Chon said about Lefevre being replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard. "But you know, the show must go on. Ya gotta suck it up and go on."

Lutz added, "Rachelle is awesome, and Bryce is amazing as well."

And in the spirit of all things Robsten, Chon said Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are handling the ever-increasing fandemonium and media scrutiny "pretty well."

"But it's tough," Chon said. "It's not normal that everywhere you go people are screaming and trying to touch you or do whatever."
