Kourtney Kardashian has a lot of learning to do before becoming a first-time mama.

The 30-year-old E! reality star admitted to me earlier today that she still has to figure out how to change diapers.

"I don't think I have ever changed a diaper," she said. "I am sure that I helped with [younger sisters] Kendall and Kylie, but I don't remember. When Kendall was born I was 16. You just get your license then and you're never home."

If Kourt doesn't have it all figured out by December (the baby is due around Christmas), she has her family for backup.

The mom-to-be says sister (and costar) Khloé already has impressive skills, which she demonstrated on a recent lunch with a friend and his baby daughter...

"Khloé knew everything to do, like holding her perfectly, playing all these games. The girl was laughing," Kourtney said. "When I tried to hold her, I was like, ‘Khloé, take her, take her!' I was so scared."

But she's not so scared anymore. In fact, she's leaning toward having a natural childbirth. "I've already changed since before being pregnant," Kourtney said. "I used to think, ‘Oh, just get a C-section and it's done and easy and whatever.'"

Not so easy right now is keeping her energy up. A recent trip to Beverly Hills deli Nate & Al's proved exhausting. "I got tuna on a bagel and pickles and sauerkraut and then bagel chips dipped in thousand island dressing," she said, laughing. "But after that, I literally went home because I was so tired. I made Scott come home and take a nap with me."

Scott is baby-daddy Scott Disick (that's him in the photo). Even though they're not getting hitched right away that doesn't mean they don't want to.

"We talk about [marriage] all the time," she said. "I just feel like there is so much to do…There is no rush. We should do everything for the baby right now and I'll worry about myself later."
