Despite her father's shenanigans, a failing acting career and a disastrous foray into high fashion, Lindsay Lohan insists she's one very happy chick.

"I've never been happier in my life," she insisted to us last night at the Nu Pop Movement watch launch at Kitson Men. "As long as my mom, my sister and my brother are happy, then I'm good."

As for Papa Lohan, Linds couldn't help but take a few digs at the man who claims everything he reveals to the tabloids does is all in the name of helping his daughter...

While browsing the new timepieces, designed by Jermaine Dupri and Pascal Mouawad, in the VIP area, a source tells us, "Lindsay picked up one of the watches and sarcastically said, 'I'm going to get this one for my dad.' She then rolled her eyes."

Later in the night, Lindsay hit new West Hollywood hot spot Voyeur. As the paparazzi scrambled for her pic when she was leaving, she snickered, "Why don't you find my dad? He is the one that wants pictures."

And what would a night out with Lindsay be without a little fender bender? The car she was riding in had a minor mishap outside of the club, bumping into the car in front of it. Her pal behind the wheel immediately backed up and drove off.

As for the new album Lindsay has said she's planning on recording, it doesn't sound like it's happening anytime soon. "I can't say anything," she said, "because the person who I'm working with on the album I haven't officially signed with yet."

Good thing there are so many parties to keep her busy.
