After weeks of speculatons and a bump no longer containable but modern apparel technology, Rebecca Gayheart finally came clean today and confirmed she's expecting her first child with her husband, Grey's Anatomy's Eric Dane.

"We've always wanted to be parents," she tells InTouch Weekly. "I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I'll be a good mom. We're absolutely looking forward to it!"

Which is all well and good until the former Noxzema Girl and accomplished home-movie star decides to let the world know about her prenatal health regimen.

"I'm doing yoga, and I'm walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour," she says. "I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein."

Hmm, and what about those cigarettes she hasn't been able to stop sucking on? Guess they must be the baby-friendly kind.

He who laughs last, laughs best. They who laugh first might get sued.

In what comes as not much of a surprise, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart have sued Gawker.com for "maliciously" posting that infamous video of the two of them romping nakedly around their home with ad hoc bathing buddy Keri Ann Peniche.

Gawker posted edited footage of the trio in which Gayheart and Peniche's breasts were exposed, but it linked to another site if you wanted to see full-frontal great Dane.

The couple want $1 million in damages and an injunction preventing any further dissemination of the video online.

Gawker publisher Nick Denton tweeted this response Wednesday afternoon: "To quote the great Marty Singer—Eric Dane's lawyer—if you don't want a sex tape on the internet, 'don't make one!'"

Offering up a strong entry in the annals of so-weird-they-must-be-true (right?) excuses, the clothes-eschewing swimwear designer has shut down speculation—spurred on by both her performance in the Eric Dane sex tape that wasn't as well as documented evidence from the Los Angeles Police Department—that she's experienced in the ways of call girl wrangling.

Instead, Peniche says the reason why her confiscated hard drive contains images of reputed madams is because she once wrote a college paper on the topic of prostitution.

It was an assignment she adamantly claims never turned extracurricular.

Mindy McCready apparently doesn't have very fond memories of her Celebrity Rehab days, considering her roomie was the devil.

At least, that's what the country singer called model Kari Ann Peniche, who's now more famous for getting naked with Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart than for any solo success or foible.

"She is evil personified, she is evil in human form. She will hurt anyone she can to make money," McCready told Access Hollywood in denying Peniche's accusation that the troubled songbird was the one who leaked the graphic Dane-Gayheart-Peniche tape.

"I did not want to be dragged into all this," McCready said. "I did not want to be a part of this."

And neither did Peniche, who exclusively told E! News last week that she is "not some swinger person or somebody you can pay to have sex with."

Well, I guess we're glad to hear that there isn't any tension between the women in Eric Dane's life. The part of his life that's been steaming up the Internet, anyway.

"Rebecca and I hit it off—she's really funny, she's a really cool girl," Kari Ann Peniche exclusively tells E! News. Peniche being, of course, the third consenting adult in the non-sextape that debuted this week, featuring her, Dane and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, chillin' and chattin' in the buff.

"I don't know, we just had a lot of fun," the 25-year-old model and aspiring swimwear designer said when asked what the heck was going on between her and the comely star couple.

And in the spirit of just having fun, Peniche firmly denies being the person who delivered the DVD to Los Angeles police, who were informed by an unnamed source that there could be celebrities engaging in illegal activity on the tape.

Eric Dane's naked romp with wife Rebecca Gayheart and third wheel Kari Ann Peniche may have been a "private, consensual moment" according to his attorney.

But according to the police, it could also have been a hotbed of illegal activity.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Thursday to E! News that its Detective Support and Vice division is taking a closer look at the DVD that mysteriously made its way into their this week, with an unnamed source saying the video may feature some malfeasance on the celebrities' part.

While the tape features the trio lolling around in bed and sharing a soak in the tub, no one actually has sex (which wasn't illegal last time we checked, anyway).

But Gayheart at one point says that she should lie down because she's "so high."
