Maksim & Karina Reunion? Never Gonna Happen!
If anyone out there is still holding out hope that Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff will get back together, there's probably a better chance of seeing Tom DeLay doing a jive on next week's Dancing With the Stars.
It just ain't happenin', folks!
Maks made that pretty clear when we caught up with him at last night's Free the Slaves Freedom Awards at the University of Southern California's Bovard Auditorium in L.A.

It's Kim's Turn for Love! She and Reggie Bush Reunite
Romance is in the air for all the Kardashians.
Khloé has her new hubby, Kourtney will soon have her baby, and Kim is taking a new shot with an old flame.
That's right—Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are back together.
Wearing her purple "Mr. and Mrs. Odom" sweats, the E! reality star hopped on the first flight to New Orleans late Sunday night following her sister's nuptials.
"The wedding made her miss him so she flew to see him," an insider tells E! News.
Of course, that wasn't the only sign pointing to reconciliation this weekend. While the Saints player was in Buffalo beating the Bills, his mother was among the close friends and family in attendance at the big bash.
Kim and Reggie split in July after more than two years, and while they have been spotted together since, this is the first confirmation that they are once again coupled up.

Spice Girls Threaten Us With Another Reunion
Tell you what we want, what we really, really want....Not this.
But apparently the Spice Girls don't care about our desires and are mulling another reunion tour, with the ringleader of this latest attempt being the one who originally broke up the girl-powered quintet, Geri Halliwell.
The ersthwile Ginger Spice told British television show This Morning that she, Melanie Brown (Scary Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice) and Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) met up for dinner in London last Wednesday and talked about getting back together. Texting in her two cents was Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), who was MIA because she in the Big Apple launching her new Spring/Summer 10 collection at New York Fashion Week.
"We alwayws talk about creative plans," the 37-year-old Halliwell said. "Whatever happens afterwards is a bonus. Right now, I'll be honest: we are gathering information about a possibility...[but] when you are evolving a plan, you don't want to share it with the world."
Sounds like full steam ahead to us.
Khloé: I Hope Kim and Reggie Get Back Together
Khloé Kardashian is keeping her fingers crossed that sister Kim's reunion with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush will turn into something more permanent.
"I hope they get back together," Khloé told us yesterday at the fifth annual Miss Malibu Pageant benefiting LudaCares. "Reggie's like my brother...Even when they broke up, I still talked to Reggie all the time. We're still really close."
So what's the story behind Kim's trip about a week ago to New Orleans, where Bush plays for the Saints?
Tiffani Thiessen: Anything but Saved by the Bell
As any fan of Late Night knows, Jimmy Fallon has been waging a tireless campaign to get the cast of Saved by the Bell to reunite on his show to celebrate the sitcom's 20-year anniversary.
While most of those involved with the series are up for it, Tiffani Thiessen has yet to sign on, much to the dismay of SBTB fans everywhere and those who still harbor a crush for Kelly Kapowski. Thankfully, we now know why.
"As much as I would like to do it, I'm just really busy," says Tiffani, before rattling off an impressive list of what keeps her occupied…
Michael Jackson's Latest Legal Thriller
Less than a week after Michael Jackson was dealt two new lawsuits, a new one is on the way that could put the kibosh his Final Curtain Call.
President and CEO of AllGood Entertainment, Patrick Allocco, tells E! News that in November 2008, Jackson's manager, Frank Dileo, signed an agreement and noncompete clause committing the King of Pop and the rest of the group to the long-rumored Jackson family reunion show, scheduled for July 3, 2010.
"We have a non-compete [clause]," explains Allocco. "Prior to our show, Michael cannot perform anywhere in the world."
Jane's Addiction's Perry Farrell Goes to the E.R.
Jane says, get me to the hospital, stat!
Perry Farrell ripped his calf muscle during Sunday night's show in Atlanta, requiring a trip to the hospital but, he swears, no interruption to Jane's Addiction's comeback tour.
The alt-rock godfather managed to finish the band's set at Lakewood Amphitheatre but once the show ended, he was taken by ambulance to the emergency room at Atlanta Medical Center.
Doctor's told him to stay off the dinged-up leg, but Farrell's publicist says in a statement that Jane's Addiction will perform as scheduled Tuesday night in Austin, Texas.
Creed Reforms, World Shrugs
Time will tell if fans' arms are still wide open for Creed's return.
Five years after their bitter split, Scott Stapp and those three other guys are reuniting to launch a nationwide tour and release their first new album in eight years this summer.
"It's amazing how life can change and bring you full circle," the frontman said. "It's rare in life to get a second chance to make a first impression and we embrace the opportunity."
Stapp was the one who initiated the reformation, gathering the boys—Mark Tremonti, Scott Phillips and Brian Marshall—together last December. He claims that there is no lingering acrimony among them, saying the trick is, "not looking back at the six months out of 10 years that were trying."
There's no word yet on an album title, though Stapp told Rolling Stone this week that the group is close to making the single "Full Circle" their title track—hence his cutesy incorporation of those words in his announcement. The disc will likely come sometime after the kickoff of their national tour.
The tour kicks off Aug. 6 in Pittsburgh and wraps up Oct. 14 in Nashville.
Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson Already Reunited?
And in today's installment of the saga that is Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson...
Nearly three weeks after announcing they've split, the 22-year-old Mean Girls starlet logged quality time at the DJ's Hollywood home yesterday. The visit, captured by paparazzi, came just after Ronson's return from a vacation in Oahu with a (gay) male friend.
E! News has learned that, in the past week, the pair have spoken over the phone. In fact, a source tells us, "Sam texted Lindsay from Hawaii and said she missed her."
On the Ellen DeGeneneres Show episode that aired yesterday, LiLo admitted to still being in touch with Ronson, but only via text message.
Phish Spawns Raucous Reunion
Up from the bottom, indeed.
Five years after going belly up, Phish resurfaced with a vengeance Friday night, playing the first of three sold-out reunion concerts in Hampton, Va., in a bid to reclaim their position at the top of the jam-band heap.
Sharing in the groove at Hampton Coliseum, otherwise known as "the Mothership," were 13,000 Phishheads nearly brought the house down with a collective roar as Trey Anastasio, keyboardist Page McConnell, bassist Mike Gordon and drummer Jon Fishman hit the stage.
Surviving Beatles Come Together for Benefit Concert
Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are getting back to where they once belonged—on the stage.
The surviving Beatles have confirmed they will play together at an April 4 benefit concert in New York's Radio City Music Hall to support David Lynch's eponymous foundation, which the Twin Peaks director created to teach students the value of transcendental meditation.
Other big names on the bill include Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, Sheryl Crow, Ben Harper, Moby and Bettye LaVette. Tickets for the Change Begins Within show go on sale Monday at 11 a.m. via Ticketmaster.
Meanwhile, in other Beatles news, fans won't have to wait much longer to strum along with their favorite lonely hearts club band.
Phish-a-Palooza: Phree Downloads, Phan Lawsuit
Get ready for some free Phish.
Those unlucky fans unable to score tickets to the jam band's hugely anticipated reunion concerts this weekend can take some solace in knowing that Phish will be serving up gratis high-quality MP3s after their performances Friday-Sunday at Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Va.
The three-night stand, which marks Phish's first dates in nearly five years, sold out in seconds back in October. Phishheads subsequently began lobbying the band to beam the shows into movie theaters similar to the band's send-off concert in 2004. Instead, the band decided to give away free downloads.
"We really wanted to show our gratitude to all the Phish fans for their support and the overwhelming response they've had to these shows. It's going to be an amazing celebration and we only wish everybody could be there," says frontman Trey Anastasio.
