Rihanna: Angrier, Edgier and Ready to Roar?
It sounds like Rihanna is getting ready to sound off on you know what.
While Chris Brown may have made his first public statements to Larry King, Rihanna could be using music to have her say.
Music impresario Ne-Yo told me at last night's MTV Video Music Awards that he's been in the studio writing with Rihanna for her next album—and it's certainly no sweet ballads they've been working on together.
Read on to find out what's in store from Rihanna...
Rihanna Eyes Hunky Hamptons Man Candy
While Chris Brown has reportedly been making plans to appear on Larry King Live this week to talk about the Rihanna incident, the "Disturbia" songstress is keeping busy with some late night flirting on the East Coast.
RiRi hit Fabulous' Friday night performance at the AXE Lounge in the Hamptons with three girlfriends.
By the end of the evening, I'm told, Rihanna was smitten with the celebrity hotspot's doorman!
But he wasn't just any doorman. The dude is also a model.
"He's really hot," said one of the sources.
Rihanna, sources report, asked for his number on the way out.
Her rep declined to comment.
Chris Brown Finally Says He's Sorry
Chris Brown finally apologized yesterday, five months after assaulting Rihanna the night before the Grammys.
He says he wanted to apologize sooner, but his lawyers advised him not to.
Is it too late? What does it mean for his career? Get my take on things in today's videoblog.
Rihanna, Jay-Z and Diddy: Happy Fourth!
Rihanna and Jay-Z celebrated the Fourth of July in Las Vegas. Jay-Z paid tribute to Michael Jackson on Friday night during his concert at the Palms' Pearl Theater, by showing the King of Pop's music video for "I Want You Back."
Jamie Foxx was also in Sin City, cracking jokes and singing at the Joint on Saturday. Keyshia Cole joined him on stage for a couple of songs, as did MC Hammer and Too $hort.
Meanwhile, Sean "Diddy" Combs hosted his legendary White Party for the first time with Ashton Kutcher to raise awareness for Malaria No More.

Chris Brown & Keri Hilson: Making More Music Together
Chris Brown certainly isn't letting his legal problems get in the way of trying to put together a new album.
Hitmaking songwriter and singing superstar Keri Hilson tells us that Brown has asked for her help in the studio.
"He contacted me like four or five days ago," Hilson said earlier this week during a promotional appearance at Wet Seal in L.A.'s Beverly Center Mall. "Us working together will probably be the first project I've worked on as a songwriter in a while."
This wouldn't be the first time for the two…
Twitterless Eve: Not Tweeting About Chris Brown!
Don't believe tabloid claims that Eve has taken to her Twitter page to bash Chris Brown.
Reports surfaced earlier today that the rapper-actress has been blasting the alleged Rihanna-beater with some emotionally charged and strongly worded tweets.
"He's guilty until proven innocent and no man should ever raise a hand to a woman," one of the tweets says. "I'm so sick of people kissin' his ass."
Problem is Eve isn't a member of Twitter Nation.
"Eve doesn't Twitter—ever!" her rep tells me. "It is not her who tweeted about Chris Brown."
Eve's camp is currently working on trying to get the fake Twitter page taken down.

Chris Brown: Feeling a Little Bit Country
Chris Brown isn't letting those legal troubles get in the way of him putting out some new music.
The embattled singer might even try to dip into the country music world with "Trapped in a Dream," a song that's being considered for his upcoming new album.
He may go so far as to ask a country music star or two to appear on the track...
Rihanna's Night at the Museum: Perform and Party
You've all heard by now that Rihanna returned to the red carpet last night at the Costume Institute Gala in New York City.
Once inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, she sat at Marc Jacobs' table with Madonna, Victoria Beckham and Stella McCartney.
The 21-year-old Barbadian beauty was also the suprise performer of two songs with the night's entertainment headliner, Kanye West…

Is Rihanna going on a girls-only road trip?
We just got word that the singer is planning a North American tour.

Rihanna: More Late Nights in Hollywood

Chris Brown: Game for New Gal-Pal?
Chris Brown isn't going to let something like his arraignment get in the way of having a good time.
The alleged girlfriend beater was not only seen hanging with a new gal-pal on Saturday afternoon, but later that same night, he and a group of celeb friends partied at L.A. Live's Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge in downtown Los Angeles.

Rihanna Police Photo as...Art?!
Rihanna's beatdown by Chris Brown not only caused headlines, now it's inspiring art.
L.A.-based pop artist Sham's new portrait of the "Disturbia" hitmaker is based on the now infamous police photo showing the singer bruised and bloodied.
But Sham's intent is not to raise awareness about, let's say, domestic violence. Instead, his reasons for creating the Andy Warhol-like piece—which is featured in the World of Wonder Storefront Gallery's new group show, Name That 'Toon, opening tonight in Hollywood—are quite simple…
