Does Kirsten Dunst Got a Little Angelina Jolie In Her?

The Saturday Night Live afterparty at Pranna was seriously a night of romance...Andy Samberg and Kenan Thompson snuggled all night with their girlfriends, while hot host Megan Fox hung with sorta-on-again whatever bf Brian Austin Green.

But there was another unlikely duo that all eyes were on:

Kirsten Dunst and Simon Pegg came out to celebrate SNL's 35th season and the hosting duties of their How to Lose Friends and Alienate People co-babe Meg. But were they celebrating something else as well?

Snoopy sources at the soirée tell us they think something more than platonic might be going on between the two...

Blab Blab Blab: Megan and Brian Back On?

"They were side-by-side all evening long—and they definitely left together."

—A source dishing on temperamental couple Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green at the Saturday Night Live afterparty. Even though Meg declared herself single at the beginning of summer, as we told you before, she and Brian still remain very close friends with the most delicious kinds of benefits.

While the two may be more on right now than off, we're not sure we see a total reconciliation happening soon. After all, moving out doesn't exactly scream I Do! Especially when Fox's body isn't the only thing heating up, capiche?

Brian's friends know that, too, which is why some of them aren't exactly Team Megan...but we still heart her!

SNL Cast Wants Robert Pattinson

More from The Awful Truth

The Funny Three—that would be Seth Meyers, Andy Samberg and Kristen Wiig—all want a piece of Robert Pattinson. But really, who doesn't?

On the red carpet for the Primetime Emmy Awards we fiercely kicked off our campaign to get Rob a guest-hosting spot on Saturday Night Live.

He could be next year's Justin Timberlake, you follow? Well, according to the SNL crew, they want R.Pattz, too:

SNL on Casey Wilson's Weight Story: "Not True"

Casey Wilson, SNL Dana Edelson/NBC

Has hell frozen over at 30 Rock? Saturday Night Live's peeps broke their typical no-comment silence to finally respond to our story on Casey Wilson being asked to drop 30 pounds right before she was canned. Too bad they didn't bother to tell us, how tacky! Instead, the heathens told The Wrap that it's "not true...her contract was simply not renewed."

Sorry, our top inside sources stick by their stories about what they heard happened behind the comedy scenes: that Case's figure wasn't totally A-OK with the big bosses. But we hope SNL's reps are telling the truth that Wilson was axed for nonweighty reasons.

Though it sure woulda been nice if they'd told us when we first asked for a comment. Casey's even called us out herself...

Hey, Saturday Night Live, Sexist Much?

Saturday Night Live, Michaela Watkins, Casey Wilson NBC Photo: Dana Edelson

There's some seriously unfunny stuff happening over at Saturday Night Live. First up, just like last year, they've added two pretty white chicks to the mostly white cast.

These gals might be deserving, but there are plenty of hilarious black and Asian and nonwhite comedians out there who would give the show more diversity. Not to mention, casting a black actress might mean they wouldn't have to keep flying in former castmember Maya Rudolph to play Michelle Obama these next four to eight years.

Producers made room for these two predictably attractive babes by firing Casey Wilson and Michaela Watkins. Watkins has been vocal, and pretty cheerful, about her exit from SNL, but Casey's been completely quiet on the matter.

Could it be because of the totally bitchy and sexist way in which she was ousted from the sketch show?

Comedian Digs Career Into Even Deeper Hole

TJ Miller Bloomington Police Dept

Seen the latest pseudo celeb mug shot to hit the Net? No, it ain't Lindsay for a change! It's our good, badly behaving buddy T.J. Miller!

You 'member Teej, right? He's the Cloverfield actor and Saturday Night Live hopeful we exclusively reported about last August who totally blew his big shot at comedy stardom by showing up to his SNL audition obnoxious and the total opposite of sober.

TJM totally refuted our dead-on reporting, but now that he's been arrested for drunken driving, complete with the sassiest mug shot we've seen since Paris Hilton, guess it just proves Miller's sights are more set for boozehounding than career building.

Didn't he learn anything from Nicole Richie and Shia LaBeouf? Get filthy famous first, then get into all the trouble you want!

Business, Both Funny and Not

Two new femme faces, Abby Elliott and Michaela Watkins, premiere on Saturday Night Live tomorrow. Is either comedian gonna come anywhere near replacing the hilarious new mama Amy Poehler? We’ll see.

But a close comedy pal to newbie Abby tells us, “She’s really funny...totally deserving. Definitely a sharp comedic mind.” A.E., whose dad is former SNL alum Chris Elliot, is only 21 years old—pretty young to get such a coveted comedy slot (tho Anthony Michael Hall was the youngest at 17, damn). Let’s hope Abby sticks around longer than the one year her dad lasted on the sketch show. She does a mean Angelina Jolie (check out the clip if you don't believe us), and since we’re such total die-hard A.J. jabbers here at the Awful Truth, thought you all might agree it’s a promising beginning for Ms. E.

Oh, and for the desultory record, in SNL’s 34 seasons, there have only been four black female cast members. Why not sign on board at least one black comedic actress this time round, since it’s inevitable in the next four to eight years you’ll probably want to parody Michelle Obama? Or any other female public persona that isn’t white, like, get real.
