V: Save It or Sink It?

Elizabeth Mitchell, Alan Tudyk, V ABC/DAVID GRAY

The aliens have landed!

The Visitors hit ABC tonight, and while they are most certainly gorgeous, they are up to no good. Based on the 1980s TV event of the same name, V is about what happens with reptilian aliens land on Earth and start brainwashing our impressionable youngsters with their utopian promises. Starring Elizabeth Mitchell, Morris ChestnutJoel Gretsch, Scott Wolf, Morena Baccarin, Alan Tudyk and Laura Vandervoort, the series will air four episodes this November, and then return in January as a continuing series.

Will you be back this winter to buy more of what the Visitors are selling, or do you remain unimpressed?

Dark Blue: Save It or Sink It?

Nicki Aycox, Logan Marshall Greene, Dylan McDermott, Dark Blue Richard Foreman/TNT

It has Jerry Bruckheimer at the helm and Dylan McDermott as its leading man. Two points there. It's yet another dark cop show. Minus half a point there. (Really? Do we need another cop show...even if it's filling a summer void? Maybe. Maybe not.) One more point for the addition of Nicki Aycox of Supernatural, which is a favorite of Team WWK here.

So what does that add up to for Dark Blue, TNT's new drama about a team of deep undercover police officers? You tell us. As we do with all notable new shows, it's time for you to vote on whether Dark Blue should stay or go.

NYC Prep: Save It or Sink It?

NYC Prep Virginia Sherwood/BRAVO

Spotted: A new set of Upper East Siders taking over the town.

A group of six teens are being followed through their catered meals, endless shopping trips and not-so-sly uses of fake I.D.'s on the new Bravo reality show NYC Prep. If you thought the overprivileged brats on Gossip Girl were trouble, these minisocialites bring the term spoiled to a whole new level. Of course, that doesn't mean we won't keep watching.

Does Mark Feuerstein's Dr. Hank Lawson (of the Hamptons Lawsons) have the cure for our summer TV blues?

With the usual scarcity of good scripted television this time of year, we think you'll find that Royal Pains is a perfect match for the USA Network's other summer series, the highly enjoyable Burn Notice, but Save It or Sink It is not about us, it's about what you think.

Save It or Sink It: Jeff Goldblum on Law & Order: CI

Jeff Goldblum, Law & Order: Criminal Intent NBC

Jeff Goldblum took the case on Law & Order: Criminal Intent last night, but did he fill Det. Mike Logan's (Chris Noth) big shoes? We think he did a damn good job, but we want to know what you think.

The veteran actor brings his witty banter and eccentric personality to Det. Zach Nichols, which is quite apropos, since witty banter and eccentric personalities are what make Criminal Intent tick (along with the great cases and strong storylines, of course).

We caught up with Jeff, costar Vincent D'Onofrio and executive producer Peter Jankowski to find out more about Jeff's character, what's to come on CI and Det. Megan Wheeler's [Julianne Nicholson] pregnancy. Read on and then vote on whether or not Jeff's character is a hit or a miss.
