Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black, who wrote Milk, of course, is being honored and all sorts of gay groundbreakers like T.R. Knight and Lance Bass will be there while at the same time being visibly affectionate with their intendeds.
No wink-wink coded stuff for this brave crowd, thank heavens. Lifeworks is all about empowering gay youth with positive and helpful guidance for kids who need a healthier example and push growing up. A better example than, say, the one the State of California's trying to set these days.
Miss Cali would probably be de-tiarra-ed and feathered if she dared show her face at the party. So, do it, babe!
